TIGER TIGER — Restaurant in Marietta

The establishment advertises the unlimited crab legs with the purchase of a premium drink. The crab legs are served on a small styrofoam plate with 1 cluster served every 30 minutes. Drinks were not bad and the decor was nice, however, the service was not good at all. None of the menu items are available, so could not order what I wanted. Server was not at all cognizant of proper server order. Others that came after were served before us 2-3 times. We sat about 1 1/2 hours before being given a second broken cluster of crab legs, while others that cam in after were on their 3rd or 4th order of crab legs. After we waited so long for service, we just asked the server for our check. She did not return until 30-45 mins later. I was so upset that I started to just leave. I then spoke with the manager and she was very apologetic for the service and explained to us that there were some training issues. This place is a scam, especially for artist. I was invited personally to perform and was told that it was a free event, and if I brought a group of people I get perks, but all in all when I get there after coming from the other side of town I had 5 people pay to get in, and additional 5 guest outside stranded, basically 10 people driving damn near 2 hours just to get let down due to false advertising, they also conduct very bad shady business when it comes to IDs, 3 of my people forgot to bring their paper copies and instead of being turnt away or accepting the Apple wallet picture ID, they charge 20 dollars JUST TO LOOK AT YOUR PICTURE ID, not only does this take money away from the club it’s just bad business… Also every step you take in that line is like another pay wall, 20 dollar parking, 20 dollar ID check then 20 dollar entry??? I had a great time here. I went on a Saturday night, and it was packed! Because there is more than one club, and multiple restaurants, parking is limited! But, Tiger Tiger does offer valet parking for a 10$ fee. Because I decided to come after 10pm, I had to pay a 10$ fee to get in.The crowd is young, so you will here young music. No old school music or R&B was played, only rap. I was in the VIP section for a birthday party, and the service was great. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try any of the food. But, they had great drinks. Tiger Tiger is not cheap, but they make up for it entertainment wise. They have floor dancers, and pole dancers that come out at a certain time.
