Rio Club & Lounge — Restaurant in Marietta

Never will I go to this place again. Got there around 10:15pm was told by the establishment next door that Rio is always late opening. They didn't open doors until about 11:20pm and then started letting people in 2 at a time when it was extremely slow. As a business owner myself it is not okay to be late opening, and then have your customers wait outside for you to come when you feel like it. Then we get inside only one bartender who is making the coins for the establishment with overpriced drinks. Some of the workers there were a bit rude, and to top it all off they were letting out fireworks outside like they were at a show such a unprofessional and unorganized place. Never again! Don't waste your money or time. Better to just make the drive to Atlanta spots where you get what...

The promoters, security, money handlers, just everyone at the door were completely unorganized and totally ruined my experience here. For a line as short as I had we stood outside forever while the prices went up because THEY're messing around. Multiple people had issues where the money handlers didn't properly account for whatever amount they paid to get in and/or perform that night. They had at least 10 people outside to run things and they couldn't move any of the 2 lines + a third mob crowd along through the door AND they were darn near arguing with each other because they were so unorganized....

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Last night ( Friday) was me and my husband first time here the line to get in the building was ridiculous, we stood outside for 40 minutes before we decided to just leave. Parking is terrible (you can't find a spot)and they have the nerve to charge $5 or $10 for public parking in parking spots that belongs to other businesses! Security at the door arguing with each and unorganized. Definitely, won't be returning! Had me thinking this is the ONLY night club in Marietta the way they're customers were being treated. We'll be sticking to grown folks establishments...
