I stopped in the store because the ordering online wasn't working. Looked around for a menue, and the only menue was chained to the counter where you order. There were NO PRICES on the menue. I asked if they have a menue with prices and was told "it doesn't matter what the prices are because every order is 20% off as is written on the chalkboard - I know, right?. Asked anyway what prices of what I wanted, and the cashier had to take the time to look up the prices. I decided to get the "large"(14") pizza with 5 toppings for $10.99. Instead of $10.99 it was actually $11.99 plus tax when it came time to pay. I didn't understand why he said that the price had suddenly changed, but I agreed to pay it.I then asked about why I didn't get the 20% discount that I was told about in the beginning, but was told that I just needed to sit down and not bother anybody until they were ready to answer my question(I really thought that was rude, but I did comply). When my pizza was ready, this other worker told me that the other person did me a favor and gave me the online deal of $10.99(still don't know why it ended up $11.99 plus tax), instead of the regular price of $26.00 for those who just walk in off the street(I know, $26 for a medium size pizza - what a deal, right?).It's obvious that you can't operate a restaurant without listing the prices for your customers. This causes problems not only for the customers, but also for the workers who have to spend extra time looking up individual prices, and answering multiple other related questions. My experience was one of a kind ridiculous, and horrible, but I'm sure I'm not the only one. Just supply menues with prices and it will solve the whole problem of frustration and anguish for the customers, and workers charging extra, and possibly...
Read moreOrdered a pizza tonight at the store in Marinette! . Was put on hold twice. The Extravaganza. The same one i always order, with lots of toppings. The lady that delivered it was very nice, but when i opened the pizza it wasn't what i ordered, it was a plain cheese. I quickly called back quickly called back to let them know. The employee that answered told me his computer says i ordered cheese, i told him no, i always or the Extravaganza. He told me he cant help me, so i asked to speak to his manager, he yelled no and said the manager would agree with me! I told him i still want to speak with the manager. He was again yelled no and hung up on me! I called back and a woman answered and said she was the manager, i don't know if she really was. She wouldn't give me a name either. I did not yell or swear at either one, but its obvious they wont amount to much in life if this is how they treat customers! After standing strong and not letting her know i will give my review and first thing Monday will be on the phone with corporate, the woman decided to have the correct pizza delivered. I decided not to eat it, who knows what unprofessional rude wack jobs like that might have done to it! Beware of the employees at Domino’s at this particular store! A little bird's just told me these two are planning on quitting soon, Just so...
Read moreEvery experience I've had at this destination was nothing short of perfect. The staff may as well be chiseled from a stone of awesome, always making us laugh and smile, they make this THE pizza place in town. Our orders are always on time (obviously except on the rare occasion we order at the same time every one else does - understandable) and cooked to perfection with that signature flavor that the kids and I love. I've been to other stores but this one's special in the fact that you never know what kind of good time you're gonna have when you walk in the door. One minute everyone's singing in the back, the next they're cracking jokes, and it's always great energy. Can't rate this particular store high enough. Great...
