Arby's — Restaurant in Marion Township

Before I start, I just want to say I worked fast food so I know what it’s like to have people with attitudes come through being rude for no reason, but Today I pulled up with my mom and ordered 2 $6 9 piece boneless wings with curly fries from the start. The girl had an attitude and interrupted us when we were taking the order and she kept getting smart with my mother.when we get to the window They keep looking out at the car at us and laughing and we got our food it wasn’t what I ordered. They gave me a three-piece tender and three small curly fries and that’s not what I ordered so I went back around and told her that and she asked me in a sarcastic toneonce again. “ well, did they tell you to wait” I told her no and I told her I wanted two of the $6 nine piece boneless wings with curly fries, and with the sarcastic tone STILL she tells us to pull up. When we get to the window I hand them their food they tell us to pull up to the door so we can wait. When she comes out still with an attitude, she tells us in a sarcastic manner “have a nice day, ma’am”, I open the bag there’s food all over the boxes and I hardly got fries and everything was just throwing around. They didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t get a refund. They only gave me two sauces for two orders of a nine piece. instead of going back around with an attitude, I just told my mom to leave and the entire time they kept looking out the window and looking at our car. Trying to be funny and it’s not. there’s way more that happened to the story, but this is already too long. also, I wiped the boxes when I was taking them out the bag so they don’t look as bad as they did.

Typically enjoy Arby's but it had been awhile since i visited the one on McMahan. Their staff was very young looking and green and couldnt spell basic names. Had to wait over 10 mins. While waiting some people got their food before their shakes, there were at least 14-16 people waiting on food and/or ordering it. It was just a cluster and no real concern from staff or mgmt about the wait, order mess ups, etc. Then get home to find out that i paid 7.95 ea. for two sandwichs with 6 slices/pieces/shavings of turkey and 1 slice of bacon, and it was toasted and burnt but since when do they toast that sandwich??? I went through the drive-thru around 10:10 PM, and Malachai was hands down the most pleasant and courteous person I've ever encountered at a drive-thru. So agreeable and genuinely kind! Even that late at night, he greeted me with a great attitude, clear communication, and a smile in his voice.

There was a short wait on my fries, but they brought them out quickly and piping hot—totally worth the extra couple of minutes. Everything in my order was fresh and exactly as requested. Malachai really made the whole experience stand out. He’s a total gem, and honestly, whatever you're paying him, it’s not enough. Give that...
