“Under new management” well apparently the new management SUCKS. My husband went in there and asked for extra extra extra pickles, because that’s how I like it. Literally so simple my only condiments are mayo, salt and pepper, and PICKLES. Like the amount of lettuce people get, but in pickle form. Never had an issue my entire life with any Subway meeting this request. The lady gave my husband HELL just for trying to get extra extra pickles. Said she can only give so much, blah blah blah blah. Like I said.. never been an issue with any Subway. So next time I encounter this issue I will not only request my precious pickles... but I will also get every single condiment there since they are so worried about their supply I will make sure to get more moneys worth. Secondly, the lady proceeded to make a face when my husband requested double meat (after she put the original meat on there) because we all know Subway only gives so many slices for double meat, it’s not really double meat. So the lady decided to catch an attitude about that too. I feel like im going to pass out all day here because all I do is stand...incoming customers CONSTANTLY; and there's usually only 1 or 2 of us working. So no time for break to sit down. Or whatever. No time to eat or really drink anything substantial; ive lost 10 pounds in 2wks and I was only 115 pounds to begin with. I feel sick as a dog, and the customers that come in literally have no idea what they want, then when you ask them--they just say "oh...whatever comes with it. But can you put extra meat, extra sauce, extra everything else?" Fine, but when you get to cash register, what do the employers expect you to ring up? Dont bother asking your coworkers questions either..they get mad at anyone new.

   Read moreTuesday March 18 at 7:00pm I ordered a tuna sub and a meatball sub off the app at this location I normally go to the one on the west side because they never mess anything up. So I went to a few stores got home and there were things I don’t eat on the sub. So I called the store and asked can I get a new one I just got home the sub has not been touched. The night shift a male and female the female said on phone sure come on. I drove all the way back to the store for her to say she called her manager and I would have to pay for a new one. I said no I’m not it was an accident. I have had subway fix my sub before. I was more upset they told me I could get it fixed and I drove all the way there to be told they can’t fix it and that I would have to buy another.
