Was disappointed in ther service and drink. The batista didn't seem to want to wait on us and when we asked for a simple hot chocolate it seemed like it was so much to ask. I ended up with a half hot chocolate half peppermint something...I'm not a fan of peppermint but instead of complaining I took it as it was but when we got to the car, I found out it had peppermint in it and it wasn't sweet, so I went back in for sugar and a stir stick. The batista again was annoyed, said the syrup was sweet and didn't want to give is sugar..really!? He finally gave us Splenda..and I declined and asked for sugar. I was finally given sugar but with an attitude. Geesh! This was the most painful experience trying to order a drink from starbucks... definitely will NOT go to this...

Although other people came in after us and seemed to have their more complex orders filled before us, we were overall happy with what we were served.
In this store's defense, they were slammed by a rush right after we arrived, but order sequencing needs work. My gruyere/bacon egg bites, although delicious, were cold by the time our coffees were ready. Maybe because we sat at a table to wait for our order they thought they could take their time with us?
They can do better.
Areas where they stood out? This location was quite clean -- the display cases were even free of smudges. The drive-through line moved at a good pace. Several employees chose to wear masks. The musical choice playing today was exceptional.

This has got to be the worst starbucks I’ve EVER been to. I mobile ordered bc I have to work soon. 1.) they couldn’t find my mobile order at first. 2.) I get sweetener specifically in my matcha they didn’t do it. 3.) went it to have it remade the girl said they would and told the other girl to remake it. So the other girl takes a whole bunch of orders and fills other mobile orders while I was waiting for 10 MINUTES on a drink that should’ve been done right when I got there bc I mobile ordered it early. I ordered food NO silverware. No siracha packet I asked for siracha she gave me a dirty look and handed me 1 packet I ordered 2 different orders of food. LAST TIME I’ll EVER come here....
