Burger King — Restaurant in Marion

Not sure what the deal is with this Burger King.... The rest are decent but not this one. Can't handle orders or saying your order at a normal speed. Don't say you want #1 and what drink cause they say hold on sec while I put this in then say what drink..... Really?? Very slow I mean very slow..... Not sure how hard it is to see what orders are coming and start making what you need. When I was in high school and worked at McDonald's that's we did and we never had people waiting in drive through. Then get to window this time and hand me drinks and they can't even put lids on spills all over my door window switches on me outside of van. Asked for napkins so I could wipe it up and me doing that was a Hassel... really?? You did this and it's problem if I clean it up??? Then get food and it's wrong..... Fill out server and I guess those mean nothing cause asked for a call back from them and nothing and it has been a week now. I guess they don't care about there customers there and based on other reviews I'm clearly correct. Wish they would figure...

Went to burger king and order the impossible whopper something new to try and order one before was awesome however this one was 100% made wrong and yes i couldn't even take a bite after opening the wrapper up and seeing a huge mess and yes that the bottom of the bun just gross wet and gross to touch nothing was placed right so we took it back right away and showed the manager and asked how is anyone supposed to eat this.? She was extremely upset with the employee's and asked who made this .? and said we can make another one i said no way i lost my appetite i dont ever want to come here again and the old lady employee gave me a rude look like it was my fault i order that sandwich just wow. However i got my full refund of my complete order which was nice and maybe they should have more training because wow.! This is why i enjoy...

Ok. So it has been at least a year since eating at the marion location on 7th ave. The reason is simple poor service and poor food. THIS TIME, was a complete opposite awesone sevice and the food was correct and hot. I did drive thru so have no idea if the inside of the building was clean. Now let's talk the important stuff....Ever order a burger and get a sloppy poorly wrapped mangled mess? Well that did not happen today. A double whopper a regular whopper and a bacon king all wrapped wonderfully and when opened, they were as neat and tidy as can be. Yes all the toppings were there. The fries were hot the drinks cold. Now the crucial part are the employees. They were clear and kind when ordering, funny when paying and kind when handing me the food. At this point i will visit again. Hope...
