Starbucks — Restaurant in Marion

Unfortunately not a great visit. No one in line at the drive thru in front or behind me. Sat at the order kiosk with no one answering. So read the kiosk sign which says, "pull forward if you need assistance with your order," ok, i will since no one is answering at the kiosk. Get to the window where im greeted with a not so friendly worker. I asked if she was trying to speak to me at the kiosk bc I wasn't hearing anything, that's why I pulled forward. With some more attitude she said she had been. OK, no big deal. I order, then she proceeds to passive aggressively scold me for pulling forward saying, "we aren't supposed to take orders from people who just pull forward and dont order." To which I reminded her that no one was saying anything AND what the sign said. SO on top of the crummy attitude, we get a pink drink that is WHITE, no strawberries, and per my daughter just tastes like straight up coconut milk, and my drink tasted like pure espresso without the vanilla. Sad to say it, probably wont go back. This was 8/28 at around 330 pm...I felt like I was...

They're service is quick. When they have a HUGE rush, it's understandable that they may be a little longer than usual. Drinks are made incorrectly though. The frappacinos aren't as icy as they should be. Multipe times my drink hasn't been filled. If I'm paying $7 for a venti, I'd expect to get the full drink. I always have to check before I leave. Sarah is AMAZING! I really love her customer service and she's always trying to make someone's day better when they have a little bit of a wait on the order or the customer is having a really rough day. She's been awesome!

Update 7.16.21: Drinks have been frequently incorrect. I get the Strawberry Acai Refresher. No lemonade in it. What do they do? They put lemonade in it. Some of the morning staff are really rude. They ignore you upon walking in, your drink and food proceed to sit on the pickup counter for a few minutes going cold, and some staff just have a complete attitude and groan and whine the whole time you're...

Hey so the guy that served me today was sort of a b-word 0_0. Otherwise this place rules. Fast and nice! Today though.. I just wanted to know the calories in the salted caramel cold brew and he said well hang on I need to google it. Which I of course could do and the way he said that insinuated I could. I just said “oh I’m sorry I could have! I just see the cals next to some drinks-“ he cut me off and said “YEAH I dont have a menu on meeeeeyah.” I said okay gotchu! I’ll go ahead and do the cold brew with salted foam on top-“ he cut me off again.. “YEAH it comes with it on top.”

Context: The time I came I ended up getting salted Carmel flavored cold brew so wanted to be sure but I didn’t say that to him, I just said okay gotchu thank you. Then left. I know it’s a big review. But maybe they will see this and he won’t be so rude...
