What can be said about Jimmy Johns... The franchise never fails to deliver quality food with consistent flavors and choices no matter the location. When I walked in to grab a quick dinner on my way home, I was greeted by friendly faces and comforting smells. From the baked bread to the familiar sounds of sandwhiches being made and drive-through orders being taken, a sense of familiarity instantly grabbed ahold of me. Even though this was my first time visiting this location, I could have sworn I was back home 200+ miles away. To find that level of commitment to detail truly is unique in this world. What stands out at this specific branch are the people. One person to be exact. I ordered a number 10 with chips, a drink and a cookie. The sandwich was made with a swiftness that can only be accomplished at Jimmy Johns. As I was enjoying one of my all-time favorites, I was looking over the menu. I noticed some new hot sandwiches. The chicken bacon ranch caught my eye specifically. When I asked the closest employee how the sandwich was, she responded with an honesty that is rarely seen in this world anymore. She said with a gentle smile, " it's really really good!" I worked up a pretty decent appetite during the day, so I ordered one even though I had just finished my meal. I took it home and was not disappointed in the least. That sandwich was so delicious that I thought it about it all day today. As crazy as it seems, I went back to get another one on my way home tonight. Olivia remembered me and had the kindness to ask how I liked the sandwich yesterday. I told her the truth. It was so good I came back for a giant version tonight! Without skipping a beat, she jumped in and made this one to perfection. This time, with some hot peppers, it was even better!!! So much so that as I sit and write this review, I'm halfway disappointed that I didn't get a regular version on my way out the door to have on hand for a midnight snack. If you haven't tried this sandwich, you're missing out. Olivia, your recommendation was perfect, as well as the food you prepared for me. Thank you falls utterly short, and I hope the powers that be know just how great of an employee they have in you. The world needs more people like you. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this location specifically whenever the opportunity arises. You guys...

11/20/2023. Order # 22700161964998656 I ordered my sandwich on app at around 12:10pm. Hurried out on my 30min lunch break. Waited online at JJ in marion IL for 10min...pulled around to the front and went in to get my sandwich. There were 5 employees working and.my sandwi h still hadn't been made.yet. I ordered almost 30min ago at that time. Frustrated and no time to left, as I had used up my 30min lunch waiting for my lunch. I asked to have my order cancelled and they said they would, but too busy to help.me at that time. One girl said they had 3 people quit and she is overwhelmed. I left and called the Marion IL store and asked over the phone for my order to be canceled. Young kid said they could not help me and for.me to.call back around 3 or 4pm. I want to make sure my order will be canceled and my money refunded.

I'm a first time Jimmy John's customer but have eaten at just about every other sub franchise in the country. That said, this is hands-down one of my top two favorite sandwich joints, running neck-in-neck with Jersey Mike's! I had the #9 Italian which is the perfect blend of everything, despite the fact that JJ's doesn't offer banana peppers at all (WHAT?!?). This place definitely uses higher quality ingredients than the average sub shop, and you can smell, see and taste the difference immediately! This store was immaculate, the employees were friendly and efficient, and the manager was very personable and helpful with suggestions about the menu options! I highly recommend Jimmy John's to any sandwich lover out there, and encourage you to visit this location...
