I am really sorry to give a 1 star, but I have never had such poor service and have had my order messed up this terribly. I was overcharged for my order at the beginning buy $3 which left me confused. At the window the employee did not ask to confirm that the order that I was paying for was mine to begin with and just took my card at the very start. This slightly frustrated me because there was two lanes for the drive up and I usually check to make sure it’s mine at the first window. When I got to the second window they then let me know that the drink I ordered they couldn’t make so they just gave me the other flavor for the frappe. The lack of consideration with telling me after I had already paid slightly upset me because my friend who had wanted a milkshake had to change her drink as well because they said that they did not have that, but at least they told me at the start before I had paid for it. Something else that I noticed was that the woman who was serving my food have multiple sores on her hand and she also looked incredibly high. I understand that some people come to work on drugs and I’ve seen it before in other places but I could tell that she was definitely out of it. The sores to concerned me because I saw her handling my food and it is very unsanitary to have open wounds on good. I believe that it is a health violation and it made me not want to eat any of the food. The drink that they had to change since they didn’t have the one I ordered lead me to waiting a little over 5 minutes to receive it. During that time I noticed that what was in the bag was not what I had ordered and I guessed that was what had lead to me getting over charged and they must have not showed it when ordering but I looked at the menu and it would have been around $4-6 more for what they had given me in the bag, plus they gave me something that I did not even want in there. I was curious what they charged me for as well because for what I ordered it was $2-3. When the employee came out with the drink he immediately started to dash away but I called to him and asked me if there was any chance I could receive the receipt and let him know about how I had gotten the wrong order so I wanted to double check since they had not given me the receipt at the window. He gave me an annoyed face and told me that they were not giving out any receipts because they were out of receipt paper, and there was no way at all for him to look it up on the computer at all. This was a bit irritating because I have worked in customer service for years and in my experience it does not allow to complete a transaction without receipt paper, but I just told myself it might be different for different places. I then started to ask if there was anyone who could possibly get the receipt or find a way to look it up but in the middle of my sentence he yelled across the parking lot to the employee who was sweeping up trash and said that he needed to come inside to take care of something that spilled on the floor. I looked at my friend kind of shocked by his behavior, they he looked at my in a way that seemed like he was annoyed with me still being there then huffed and asked what I had just said, so I repeated myself asking for a way to look at the order. He replied saying that there’s nothing he can do to see if and then just looked at me for a few seconds and so I replied saying okay, thank you anyway. As I pulled out I started to eat a few of the fries that I had received because I had ordered fries just a larger size but as soon as I tasted them they were cold and tasted liked they had been out for an hour or so. I asked my friend to try them just to make sure that it was not just me and she had the exact same experience. My frustration started to grow, but I kept experiencing more things wrong. Long story short every single item was wrong is the order without a single apology or attempt to rectify the significant amount of issues. Read moreUnfortunately this location has an issue with drive thru times! I watched as 3 vehicles behind me pulled out of line and away from McDonald's and onto another destination! I myself waited 17 minutes benow my order was taken and I know that to be exact because I was on my phone with my insurance company as soon as I pulled into the line. Now normally my wait isn't quite as long normally am average of 9-14 minutes then it always seems as soon as i'm able to pay I blink and im all done...I got my food, checked to ensure I got everything, run in with receipt and food to fix their mistakes and then im getting ready to get on the highway! So why does the drive thru take so long I wonder? I've worked for McDonald's when I was 15 till 21....I 5a.m drive thru because I was fast I was efficient, I passed mystery shoppers test with politeness manners time from start to end respectful etc so where did these mystery shoppers go? Because almost all McDonald's needs them so they'll improve their customer service and make it a better "FAST" food. Someone, who is in corporate McDonald's or a private owner big wig, someone needs to pay attention to times, manners, respectful, politeness, efficiency, quality and so on! And don't give them a heads up your coming go in and SEE HOW IT REALLY IS EVERYDAY... SEE WHAT US CUSTOMERS DEAL WITH!!! I know from prior experience we ALWAYS got a prior nudge or hint that our store was next so might before scrubbed top to bottom when outside got clean then only had our top notch employees working that day or the next 3 until they came... just so we had better opportunities of passing! To me we didn't deserve to pass but we did and even managers got huge promotions tho none of them deserved any of it nor did our store ever deserve to be passed thru inspection because as we "not associated with upper management with McDonald's) are all too AWARE MCDONALD'S KEEPS DECLINING in quality, kindness, respect, efficiency, helpful, enthusiastic, time sensitivity, etc!!! And McDonald's I hope you are reading this because every day every month every year a new restaurant opens around a McDonald's location and McDonald's loses business, revenue, good status amongst the consumer, and eventually over time they will end up shutting down... i've seen the percentages and stats!! That is a true statement!!! Tho i've only seen 2 McDonald's shut down in comparison to a new opening/vs/closers ((EX-4 new opening locations but 6 store closings so 2 more closing than openings)) Also I hear A TON of NEGATIVE COMMENTS in regards to McDonald's anymore!
