Rally's — Restaurant in Marion

RE-POST why? Original is MIA. 6/19-placed order via App at 12:46a. My husband arrived 12:55a. Lights off people outside smoking. Sits at speaked for 5mins. Pulls up& ask about online order & is told no service after 1a. Informed them as above(&unfamiliar w app orders)THEY REFUSE TO GIVE HIM MY FOOD. @1:02 he call informing me. Via speaker phone I ask about issue, LISA, becomes RUDE af as that's her norm with customers who challenge whatever bs she's pushing. I request refund and refused!!! LISA has stolen $19.66 of my money &because I returned the same energy that she dished out she threatens to ban me! Hilarious!!prior to this day please check my transaction history with rallys... On 6/26 Husband&I order in DT. Get to window polite new girl is told my tenders are up but LISA want me to pull around. I DECLINE she begins mumbling and i inform her that I CAN HEAR YOU. I requested a refund. Im not pulling around when the food is done just for LISA to be malicious...no thanks. Best thing this owner can do is CAN HER. She's always smoking and talking trash...

For the last month my husband and I have been experiencing bad service at the Marion Rally's .we are always getting cold food and the past couple times the manager Shayla (believe that was her name) told my husband that their systems are down and couldn't take his orders in a rude manner. Hands down unprofessional when we see this time after time as her and her crew sits out side smoking vapes. One bright side to our only good moment was a young man named David I believe that's what he told us his name was.. Went beyond satisfactory and apologized for our bad customer service we had received and took it on himself to ensure we got what we ordered . The food was hot and we got it fast! Rally's used to be our favorite places to come to , however with the way service has been we have slowed down going there...We would love to see the place turn around so we and others can enjoy...

When I got there and as I was walking up to the window to place my order there was a employee in a white truck using very vulgar language while she was smoking. There was also other employees sitting outside at the tables smoking and cussing and they were all talking about getting high. The lady in the truck told another employee that we will get drunk and high and then come to work because they are short on help. When they came back inside not 1 of them washed their hands and that's when I did NOT place my order. There was 2 guys who was in street clothes that was not wearing gloves while making food and they took big bags of food to cars that was not in drive thru because I was there long enough to see they didn't come through the drive thru. The manager was outside and say and heard all of this. If you are looking for a fast food place I definitely would NOT...
