Come to the area to visit our daughter and stopped here because it’s next to our hotel. There was a line of cars wrapped around the building for the drive up. We notice a group of street bikers walking out of the lobby with their helmets in hand. I looked up the hours on Google, both sets of hours listed (one stated drive through so assumed the other was for lobby) were the same. It said open until 4am. This made sense since we just saw people walk out. My husband went inside where he heard a man placing an order. He waived me in so I parked and went inside. We waited a good 10 minutes while no one acknowledged us. Finally, the lady working the drive up window asked if we had been helped to which we said no. She asked if we had a pickup order, we said no. They said their lobby closed at 10pm and told us it was posted on the door. I didn’t push the issue because I knew my husband was pissed and I did t want to cause a scene. Why are your hours online posted until 4am? Why did the group of bikers and the man inside get to order? Why is your lobby unlocked if your lobby is closed? Why did you let us stand there for 10 minutes looking at the menu and watching you until you acknowledged us? POOR communication and service. We will...
Read moreEvery single time I go to this location they seemingly are actively looking for innovative new ways to screw up my order, every time I order I make sure to say " hey I don't want sour cream on that" just for them to say "oh it doesn't even come with sour cream, so no worries haha" . Can you imagine my amazement when this alleged no sour cream item magically appears with sour cream? Tonight they even forgot to bring out half of my order, from the drive thru. Where you physically speak the ENTIRE order DIRECTLY INTO THEIR EAR, and they still messed up. Then when I went back to make the order "correct" the employee lied directly to my face while his coworker was what I could only assume to be him trying to kill me with his eye sight. I've never seen someone so angry have been called out for being unable to correctly make a taco and get it to the customer without an issue. It's extremely unfortunate that this is the closest location to my house because I've always loved Taco Bell, never been disappointed. Until they moved in down the street. Possibly most unreliable location in Iowa, maybe even this side of the...
Read moreThis has been one of my favorite locations for years. The food is good despite it being an affordable place to eat. Within the past couple of months, the service has gotten pretty sketchy though. I went about a week ago and was in the drive thru. I was aggressively hit on by Raymond while another employee was trying to take my payment and process my order. He didn't stop asking when we were going out to dinner or when we would be getting married no matter how many times I tried to politely decline or redirect the conversation. He also asked "where his tip was" because he was going to Vegas. I felt very threatened, uncomfortable and just wanted to get my food and go. By the time I made it home, I realized they gave me someone else's order. He was too busy harassing me to even provide the service I paid for. I called and asked to be reimbursed or to have my meal replaced, but I'm genuinely afraid to go back. Please either fire Raymond or make sure he understands this is not acceptable behavior. I will not be going back any time soon, and it makes me so sad because I LOVE...
