Words cannot express how amazing this store is. Stacy and her staff truly go beyond the words of customer service. Scrapmania has more products than you can imagine and if it is not available in store, Stacy will hot hesitate to find it and order it for you. I live out of state in Louisiana and even though it would be a simple 14hr drive to the store, it is not so easy for me to get in the car and go. All my transactions are done over the phone. No matter what staff member answers the phone they are very professional and polite and ready to answer any question or request you have. They will walk through the store for you, take pictures and send them to you on request, even place custom orders for you. My favorite is getting custom card stock done of my children’s school. Shipping is fast, my packages arrive within three days.

Stacy post weekly videos of new stock items that arrive, images of the store so you know what is available, updates on new releases and even allows you to place items on hold in advance. Weekly classes and crop events are offered by friends and staff. The store is filled with samples and inspirations. Again, I can’t say enough about Scrapmania. My only downfall was not discovering this store earlier. Thank you to my fellow crafters for introducing me to this store. My goal is to one day visit Scrapmania in person and stay at their retreat house (which is a must that you need to look into too). You will be disappointed not checking out their Facebook page after reading this review and either visit the store in person or call and place an order over the phone. This store brings me so much happiness! It’s the one of very few things that bring me so much joy!! My friend, and I, try to hit every garage sale during the year! The spring sale we take the day off and make a complete girls day for it. We both know what we are looking for and divide & conquer. We both are big time scrapbookers. There is absolutely no way I could do my hobby without this store!!! I have a daughter and she has so many cousins and I scrapbook for them as well! The garage sales are the best way to find great deals and things you may have never seen before! Shopping through the store I can find just about anything I need from any sport to a vacation spot! The staff is beyond amazing! It’s worth the drive!!! I am glad I am only a little over an hour away, but regardless of that it’s worth a trip whether by bus, car or plane! Every style, every sport, every collection you could ever want you will find at Scrapmania! Sometimes if I need something in between garage sales, I will call or shop the online website. You can’t beat getting a package within days from them. They will more than likely ship it out the day you order. I have received so many packages with hand wrote notes on them! You CAN NOT beat shopping at a small business like Scrapmania! They appreciate every purchase!

Yesterday I came in with some Hawkeye Vinyl stickers to have them put it on. Prior to me coming I spoke with 2-3 different ladies over the phone and all of them agreed if I brought in my own vinyl stickers they would put my stickers on free. Well when I got there they told me something different. The owner of the store was not empathetic at all. She kept talking over me, she was rude, and very disrespectful. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect. Especially since they were the ones who told me they can do it in the first place! I wasted gas and time. This was very important to me because I was really counting on them to help me out but that wasn’t the case at all. I couldn’t believe the owner of the store was getting sassy and talking over me. I’m so hurt because these gifts were supposed to be some cool Hawkeye Father’s Day toolboxes . Just know I would never step foot in this establishment ever again! I would rather go on YouTube and find out how to make arts n crafts than to go back to this place. Not good customer service at all!! You guys have to do better with the communication and with your attitude. You shouldn’t talk to people any kind of way especially if they’re supporting your business and basically paying your bills.
