If I could I would give this Wendy's a Zero Star slow service can't listen to the costumer at all got my order wrong I mean how hard is it to make food the way the costumer ordered it I ordered a Jr Bacon only Ketchup, Mustard, Pickle, Onion with Bacon they but Cheese when the receipt said no cheese I also ordered a Jr Baconator Double did they actually put Bacon on it maybe 1 half bacon I ordered it without Mayo there was more Mayo than anything else I also ordered Single Bacon classic no mayo once again more Mayo than anything else and they didn't add mustard I tried calling to tell them they screwed my order up it ring and ring they picked it up and hung up on me what no one knows how to do their job at this Wendy's about to get them closed down like forever if I could I would give these A$$ clowns a -5 stars I will be seeing to get this manager fired if anything where is cancel culture when...

As my husband was filling his drink cup, the large, heavy, 2 foot square metal lid fell off the top of the drink machine and struck him in the head so hard that it knocked him down. He got a cut on his face and one on his eyelid. Several customers came to see if he was alright. They had to help him get up because he was dazed. The employees showed no concern whatsoever. I asked to speak with the manager. She never came out to see us. After waiting fot over twenty minutes,a young man finally brought some forms for us to fill out and said that we had to fill them out before we left. I placed an online order as I walked in the door and it took them I thought 28 minutes but I'm thinking it's closer to like 40 minutes and they still had not made the order until I went up to the counter for a second time to let them know she proceeded the manager to tell me that it wasn't their fault that they didn't get it on their screen after I entered it online. Of course it's their fault and she wouldn't credit me any amount of money when we all know that order should have been for free. I included the video. She told me the only way that I would get the order for free is if I gave the food back to her.
