This is the absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to. I initially called tonplace an order for takeout. The woman who answered the phone had a thick accent and spoke very fast. I could not understand what she said but I gather that she asked me to hold because she put the phone down. I could hear her carrying on a conversation with someone and laughing. After waiting for 5 minutes, I decided to go down there and place an order in person.
When I got there, the woman behind the counter took a minute to acknowledge us. Once she did, she asked for our order. As soon as I was about to start speaking, another woman came over and started talking to her as if no one was there. They talked for over 5 minutes completely ignoring us.
After they were done talking, the first woman left and the second woman looked at me and very rudly said "What you want?" I gave her the order for three items. Even repeated one of the items three times because she wouldn't include it when repeating the order back.
After waiting for roughly 20 minutes for our food, I checked the bag and sure enough, one of the dishes was missing - the one I repeated three times. After informing her that they forgot to include a dish, she very rudly said that she didn't put it on the order. When asked why, she said she didn't hear me. My dad who was with me informed her that we told her three times, tow which she replied that she can put it in, but it would take another 15 minutes. We said forget it and left.
The sesame chicken was mediocre at best. The pieces were very large and the sauce bland. The crab Rangoons were just terrible. Whatever batter they used was just nasty.
Chin's has been in Marboro for close to 30 years and I have no idea how they have stayed in business this long. Terrible service, bad food, and long wait times. Never going back and I would highly recommend staying away...

Read moreI use to come here all the time. But the short one with the glasses and the bowl cut was super rude to us. I get some of us are under 21 but there was no reason to treat us like this. Me and my friend had our drinks and then we ate in the parking lot. We were there more than 45 min before close and we were rushed out honestly. George the bartender is the best though. The bar is great. But don't come here any time near close for the dine in part. Also while in the parking lot the waiter who served us took off before they closed. She was just a horrible waiter honestly. But like I said. Great bar.
Edit. 9/18 So this time we came in at 10:15. They close at 11. And the same mean old women told us last call was 10:15. I come here enough to know that no its not. It's at 10:30-45ish. We only came for drinks, nothing else. There are multiple reviews about the same angry short lady being rude. She's been rude to us multiple times. I'm surprised she still employed here. I come here at least once a week or more. And I tip the bartenders out very generously. And even when I had this mean old women with the rice bowl cut, I tipped her out good too. And she's still rude to us. So now if I get her again, She ain't getting a penny from any of us. Every one else there is great though. George and eve are absolutely awesome and I will always give them a good tip. I'm sorry if this bad review effect's them. But this lady has upset me...
