Dunkin' — Restaurant in Marlborough

Went through the drive through today and ordered a caramel iced latte. I was handed a cup of milk, and said "there's no coffee in this". The girl ripped the coffee out of my hand and shook her head at me. She comes back to hand me a PUMPKIN SPICE latte. I took one sip, and pulled away to park. Went inside and said "this is pumpkin spice. I ordered caramel". There was a line of people waiting because all their orders were in correct. 7 people on staff and none of them had a clue. I was given what I thought was a new coffee, and walked out. Took one sip and it was another, pumpkin spice. I walked in AGAIN and was greeted with "why the hell are you back again?" I explained my coffee was STILL wrong and told "well, you're just gonna have to wait". In this time I watched 3 MORE people come in complaining their coffee was wrong. A manager then approached me and said "why are you here?" I said I'm waiting for my coffee to be remade now for the 2nd time, and I'd prefer it without the attitude. Then a coffee was slammed down in front of me, while the MANAGER rolled her eyes. In this entire time I watched the manager give every single customer an attitude. Remake 4 different drinks, and saw a young man complain that he ordered food and had been standing there waiting for someone to give it to him. When I finally got my coffee a man said "they got mine wrong too, but I dont want to wait another 20 mins, since I waited 20 mins just for them to make this one so im going to leave". Absolutely disgusting service and the management is horrible, if you can even...

I do not think my order can get any easier (medium decaf ice, extra,extra and a Texas toast) but yet every single day there is an issue. Sometimes there is no sugar most times it's not decaf. but today was the WORST. the coffee tasted like it has been sitting for DAYS I called to complain ( had it picked up today and brought to me) and she said "decaf is not as popular so it does tend to sit a bit longer" You're kdding me...right? Now, today I ordered a blueberry muffin because the Texas toast has been a fail the last few days. A muffin, simple right ? Thing was loaded with butter and looked like it was stepped on.. so tired of wasting money here.....

The employee at the drive thru was rude and he was saying the "F" word in spanish when I asked for the glass of ice for my bottle of water, really? Then I tell him that I understand Spanish and I understood what he said, he told me that the insult was not for me he was insulting his coworker. Another day I asked for a low-carb bagel and they began to say that they did not sell any lite or for people's on diet...wow., he ask me if I knew I was buying a bagel, or that they had to remove the flour and yeast from the bagel...and then two or three employees were laughing over tge intercom...I don't know who is on charge of this store but I hope that they can do...
