We placed an order for takeout, and got the wrong dish, but it turned out ok, we called and they were super accommodating about making it right, so points to them for that, mistakes happen, fixing them is more important and they got that part right. They offered us a free dessert for our trouble and we got the Boston cream cake, which I thought was great. My girlfriend got the black calamari linguine and she loved it, she said it had tons of flavor. I got the chicken Parm sub with sauce on the side which was pretty good, the sauce really added a ton of flavor. I also got a meatball calzone which was huge for the price and absolutely loaded with cheese and sliced meatballs, again, the sauce just made it so good.

And lastly, the bread. My girlfriend absolutely loved the bread. She'd have eaten nothing but the bread as a meal and been happy if she could have. I thought it was a little dry and needed some butter, but it was soft and fluffy with a nice crust.

It was really busy in there which is a good sign, I think it's definitely worth checking out, it's not overly fancy, just good Italian American food. Lastly, they didn't include utensils. Not the end of the world, but if you need them, make sure to ask for them since they seemingly don't include...

Linguine's is housed in the former Harold White's Seafood, a restaurant that closed in the 90s. After few other underwhelming (and forgetable) eateries in this spot, Linguine's has hit the sweet spot, finding their niche with a successful formula of food, atmosphere and service.

This is our staple restaurant: It's more than fall back fare. The food is way above average, price is fair, and service is both friendly & quick. Finally, the tomato sauce rivals the very best we have tasted--at any restaurant!

The staff knows how to run a high volume restaurant and how to make customers feel comfortable, even as they juggle an ever present line of eaters waiting for a table or a pick up order. Though the place seems small at first glance, a big room off to the right is opened during busy evenings. Yet, everything falls on the shoulders of one waitress. I have no idea how she manages?! We visit Linguine's (or ordered for pick up) 3~4 times each month, and every time we visit, the same woman is serving every table!

For us, its local -- just a half mile from our home. But we would travel for this one. Linguine's doesn't have a...

Good food, horrible service. Linguine's didn't include part of my order. (not the first time!). i didn't realize until i got home to our group of friends waiting to eat. rather than returning to the restaurant and miss dinner with the group i called about the missing food a few days later. The woman who answered the phone first told me i didn't understand the menu, then tried to tell me that Linguine's probably hadn't charged for the missing dish even though she couldn't reconcile the bill with what we ordered, then scolded me for not calling the next day - i told her that Linguine's is closed sunday. Then she scolded me for not calling back the night i ordered - i informed her that in the past unless it's to place an order i had been disconnected or put on hold so many times it's not worth it. Then she insisted i could have called back earlier - even though she has no idea what my schedule or work situation is - until i asked her if the waitstaff at Linguine's was allowed to make personal calls...

Took my mom here for dinner. She wanted something different and said she wanted Italian. Linguine's did not let us down. I had the Chicken Marsala; mom had a make-your-own calzone. The food quality is amazing and large portions too! They have a very large menu to satisfy any craving you may have. I love the old school way they hang the specials on the white board up on the wall. So when you go look them over, or you will miss something you would want. With so many choices, I will be coming back and trying something different. Our server Lynn was fantastic. Her service is on point, Thank you Lynn (I hope that is correct spelling). I cannot forget Adam; he was also helping in the dining room. He made sure if Lynn were busy, you could count on him, Thank you Adam. Here you get that North-End taste with a Metro-West laidback atmosphere. Did I mention the great prices; yeah I am going back. Disclaimer: I am not a local, just sharing my experience and observations. There were six adults eating after lunch but before dinner. The chicken parm was not great. Based on the uniformity of the chicken and how the breading was bound to the chicken and the rubbery texture I would guess that frozen chicken parm breasts are used. The Cavatelli, however was very tasty and the pasta tasted homemade. The Shrimp Scampi was fresh - could use a splash more of the white wine in the sauce. All entres were large and generous in portion! The pizza was very good; hand tossed dough. The drinks (if not bottle) are tiny to-go cups, 12oz I get the vibe that this has been a family-owned business for awhile (which is awesome), but who have been beat up with the ever-rising costs of food ingredients, and the costs of doing business; doing what they can to keep doing what they once loved. I would come back, again, and try other menu items. I think Pizza is their “main thing”.

Just left, had a really good impression at first. After ordering a gnocchi to go to bring to my wife I was told that the their gnocchi was Vegan and also the Pesto Sauce, my wife is Vegan and I thought that she would love it. When i got home, for my surprise, the gnocchi had cheese all over it and you can see it in the picture here. I called the restaurant and asked if I could speak with the waitress who helped me choose it, she was also Vegan actually! And she asked whoever made it if he has put cheese on it and he said that he didn’t and she found still not believe me. I told her that the pasta was sticky and I was sure that it had cheese on it, but since I’m vegetarian and not Vegan as my wife, I tasted and it was indeed cheese.that fact, that they didn’t believe us, it is what is making write this review! A simple apology would do it. I brought food home that it was not what I bought. Very upset, the fact that they didn’t believe us is disrespectful.
