Pizzarella, Inc. — Restaurant in Marlborough

Decided to try out this place as they're advertising 'New York Style Pizza'. A couple notes - it's not really that. NYC pizza has a texture, size and feel that this place... does not have. I think they're trying to distinguish themselves from the very heavy style pizza that's common in the area.

As far as pizza goes, it was 'okay'. Toppings are light, cheese is light, so order extra. I found it overcooked (NYC pizza is supposed to be sort of floppy, this absolutely was not).

The sides are 'okay', nothing to write home about. Chicken fingers with buffalo looked like they were microwaved, same as the mozzerella sticks.

The staff felt inexperienced and young. Pleasant, but I had the impression I was walking into their personal social space.

Probably won't be ordereing from them again. There are many many choices in the area for good non-greek pizza, this really isn't...

We've ordered food as delivery and its always been good. We decided to visit to dine in and regret every moment. From the moment my sons were carded and told that their IDs were fake, we should have left, but we stayed. There was a group of patrons that were obnoxiously loud that we could barely hear our conversations. The same group had multiple children running around the establishment, as if it were a playground... without shirts or pants. These same kids were falling, knocking their heads in the ground, and crying... yet no one did anything until I brought it up. There was a child that kept playing at the entrance with the door, just feet away from the main street. Our order was messed up. They took way too long to attend us. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I will never go in to eat...

Heard how great the food is, but was disappointed. First off, the web site is difficult and weird to navigate, forces you to make an account before payment and doesn't tell you that till the very end and after going thru all the info it loses the order and you need to re-order again. Strike one. Ordered wing dings, an italian sub - specifically requested NO ROASTED RED PEPPERS!!!!!, and a steak and cheese. Order confirmed with No Roasted Red Peppers. Guess what - yes you guessed it, I got lots of roasted red peppers. Strike two. Wing dings were slightly warm, bread on both subs were stale. Strike three. Will stick with TC Landos for subs. or Welly's or Rail Trail. There's better sandwiches out there anywhere. Might try the pizza sometime in the future to give it a fair shake. I...
