Bad experiences twice in one week were too much for me to forgive. 05/27/25, I walked in and was told they were only taking online orders because they "didn't have enough food" for walk-in and online customers and so they were only taking online orders. Even though I was standing right in front of the counter I was told I would have to order online to be served. 05/30/25, they had no fajita vegetables ready. So I waited for some to be prepared. Then they had none of the special promotion citrus shrimp ready. I was prepared to wait for that also. Then they said the were completely out of the special promotion mango salsa. I asked for the store number. (Not the store phone number, the store number.) The worker said she didn't know it but I could look it up. Uh, no. YOU are the employee. YOU are supposed to look it up for me. Twice in less than three days the store lost a sale from the same customer.
I know it's a franchise, but I wrote corporate. The customer liaison who responded said "we want all our guests to have an awesome experience, and it sounds like we have been missing the mark. .....I have forwarded your feedback ...... We’re always looking at ways to improve, ..... Sorry for the inconvenience. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and hope to see you back in our stores soon!"

Read moreI was not a happy camper. I opted to not have any rice and asked to substitute beans for what I would have been given in rice. I was given about 3 tablespoons of pinto beans, and then asked for more. I got another tablespoon! I then asked for the new Beyond Meat protein, which I am already skeptical about, but I had it at another Qdoba and it was quite delicious. This "meat" was not the same There were large flat chunks as if it wasn't broken apart or stirred and there was no flavoring whatsoever like the previous Qdoba. As we progressed through the options, I asked to have certain items on the side as I am very picky and don't like a big bowl of mess (by the way, I got a bowl if you haven't gathered that) The server seemed very annoyed, therefore I was annoyed. Boom. We're both annoyed. The cheese was cold and clumpy and smelled kinda strange. I ate some corn out of it and threw the whole bowl away. I will not be returning to this...
Read moreAfter a long day of work I want to treat my workers ( three of them) with dinner and we stopped at this location. It was Fifteen minutes to closing and the guy at the counter was nice enough, and said that we could eat in ibut once I paid for our food here comes the manager from the back of the kitchen and an a very rude way toll me that they were closing and implyng that we have to leave immediately so we have to take the food and go eat in our trucks in the parking lot (food was cold by the way just out of the steam table they keep it on )even thoughugh they have to stay for a very long time after they close. My problem is if the attendant allow us to eat in 15 min before they close, then the manager should not contradict him an ask us to leave, specially after they took my money or just said it out right from the beginning that they could only serve to go at that time.I am not going going...
