Yes, it was busy.... but when my drink 1 came out 10 minutes before drink 2, and I simply inquired as to whether drink 2 had been missed (as happens from time to time), 4 staffers all snapped at me, as if my question was unreasonable. Read moreI have always gone to the Starbucks for a really long time now however, whenever I go to the Starbucks early in the morning either at 6 AM or 7 AM every single time I go my drink order is always wrong. There’s never been one time that my drink has been right in the morning and it’s honestly so frustrating because I’m always running late to work because I have to sit there and have them fix it every single time. First I waited to get my drinks for over 30 minutes, I didn't get them at once, like I ordered them in the app, instead it was one every 10 minutes. Other people were coming in after me and getting their drinks. There were two people working on a busy weekend and it was taking forever, but I was in no rush so I tried to be patient. When I told the lady I had ordered 25 minutes ago and still was missing a drink she looked and said it must not be up yet!
