Update went there this friday evening 11/26/21 and again this seems to be the Worst Wendy’s ever, why am I noticing every time I go to a Wendy’s in the Tri state area there is an issue! I can go down the list, but I’d rather not, this Wendy’s here really lacks class, and there is a nasty lady inside that has no idea how to speak to paying customers, and has the nerve to talk about them when they come to the window all because of a store error!!! I don’t think it’s my fault that I ordered something and the lady put it in wrong therefore it shows on the screen that you’re giving me something that I didn’t ask for, then when mentioned you’re getting yelled at??? Why are they all standing in a circle talking about customers???? We can hear you the window was open….. ugh, I’m also I’m pretty confused as to how they say your fries should be hot and crispy but they’re not at all, they were cold and soggy. The service has gone down immensely at Wendy’s as a whole but this place is ridiculous and to end it all they didn’t even give me a receipt, I’m thinking because they heard me say I had plans to report them, for yelling at me!
If I could give them zero stars I would, they probably spit in my food but jokes on them Cause, I damn sure didn’t eat it, Don’t yell at me that’s disrespectful!!!!
Worst Wendy’s ever, I’ve been here 3 times in the past month alone and all times the drive trough and the wait is extremely long. It’s pretty ridiculous for so called fast food! I mean literally 30 minutes in the drive through waiting!!!!! Called and they said oh we’re short really staffed! I don’t understand I thought Wendy’s was better than this! This is worse than going to the one on 69th Street!!! And they’re extremely rude here! You say please and thank you and they straight up ignore you????...
Read moreI've gone to this location on 2 occasions within the last week. Once to pick up a door dash order and the 2nd time today for lunch. The first time, I walk in around 5:30 to the dining room area, only staff member in sight at the time was a young lady with long, red braids, whom I had apparently sooo inconveniently interrupted her browsing through Tik Tok videos time. I don't get a "good afternoon" or "welcome to Wendy's," a simple "how can I help you?," would've sufficed but not even that. I got a "how'd you get in here?" To my dismay, this same young lady with long, red braids, happened to be working today, when I went to grab a quick lunch around 1:45pm. This time she was found sitting in the dining room with another young lady. Once again, I get the same oh so "courteous" attitude from her. I ordered my lunch, which included a chili, once I get handed my order, I look to make sure I had everything I needed before walking out and needed some hot sauce, which I go ahead and ask for. This young lady rolls her eyes, and with an attitude while walking back to being behind the counter from the dining room table she had quickly walked back to (to continue the conversation she was having with the other employee), says to me "hot sauce doesn't just come with the chili, y'all have to ask for it!" First of all, last I checked that's exactly what I was doing, asking for hot sauce! Secondly, if you hate your job that bad to where every customer is an inconvenience, (how dare someone come to the establishment to actually order food, which is what they're there for....) consider a new line of work, quit your job...something...because customer service is not one of your better qualities. The red braids need some major work too. A little customer service goes a long, long way. Just...
Read moreWent through the drive thru for dinner, prepared to spend close to $75 for my family. No one came to the drive thru speaker after 5min of silence, honking the horn, and other cars waiting behind us. We pull to the window where the worker makes a derogatory remark about my wife and walks away. Another employee comes up and says we need to go around to the back of the line. We explained how long we were waiting etc, and the worker says if we were really there, it would've dinged. I'm not sure how they would have heard a ding with all the laughter and playing around they were doing. But besides that, how did we get to the window without going through the drive thru lane?? It was really a blessing in disguise, because we simply left without giving our money to people who apparently don't want it, and went up the street to Freddy’s, who not only treated us professionally, but got our order correct. We received much better tasting food that was fresh and satisfying. This isn't the first bad experience we've had at this Wendy's, but it is definitely the last, since I will never be spending money with this...
