I ordered online for pickup. The website stated that the lobby hours were open until 23:00. My husband and I arrived at 21:00 to pickup our order that was In Process and would not take longer than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, there was a wrap around line for drive-thru. My husband went to the front door to get our food and all doors were locked due to short staff issues, per sign on both doors. We drove around for a pickup spot like Most places have, but they do not. I tried to just cancel our online order due to not wanting to wait in the massive line in drive-thru. Surprise, I couldn't, Regardless our order was Still not done. 22:08, over an hour later, we finally made it to the "ordering board" and she asked the name for the order. She couldn't find our order and I suggested giving her my order number. She said not to worry about it and requested what we had ordered. It took another 7 minutes for her to get it right. Another 15 minutes later, we made it to the window. He messed up our drink order. Had to wait for that. Two MT. Dews isn't difficult one would think. We sat Another 10 minutes at the window waiting for our food. After receiving our food, we arrived back to our hotel and sat down to eat. My chicken chalupa's only had a few pieces of chicken, taco's had hardly any meat, and the nacho grande supreme was a 1/4 of the tray. Unbelievable. Read more3/23/2025 Update: Still pre-order issues. I tried to pre-order many times before 11pm and I get a message saying they are closing soon, but it says they are open until 2am. Why can someone NOT place an order before 11pm? We are talking 3 hours to closing.
Time for an updated Review. My last one was 3 years ago and it was a 3-star because of a few major repeated issues. Now the updated Pros: Over the past 3 months I have experienced acceptable wait times at the drive thru. Most of the staff I had to deal with were decent and my orders have been pretty much correct over the past 3 months. Just minor issue here or there, usually wrong sauce or no sauce packets or napkins when requested. I still seem to have issues with their Pre-order via website and their phone app. I have also called recently to ask if they knew if they were having pre-order issues with their website or phone apps. Simple question and the first thing I got was; "WE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT!" Hold your roll there buddy... I was just asking if you were aware of or if there is/was an issue. I figured maybe there is something they have to log into to turn that stuff on to accept orders or maybe the system was down (which most businesses would be aware of if there was an issue). Oddly enough, 5 mins later I decided to submit my order request again... and it went thru :O So, not sure if the guy I talked to was being straight with me and no I wasn't being a Karen. Read moreSo about 3 weeks ago i went thru the drive thru and paid with a 20 my total was 13 nd change usually i count my change before i leave and this day i didnt i get all the way back to munising and look in my wallet i have a 20 $ bill a 2 singles i missing a 5$ bill i call talk to a manager its a female i tell her whats going on she handed me off to another manager and i hear her in the background saying i dont have time to deal with this right now as she hands phone to the other manager i proceed to tell him what happened he says yes the drawer was over 5$ and he would mail it to me yes i know its only 5$ but i work hard for my money well i never recieved it in the mail and honestly i go there every time im in marquette well he could have offered a coupon instead i would have been ok with that i never got my money or anything its bull that they treat paying customers like that and the fact that i heard the lady say i dont have time to deal with this right now i dont think she knew i heard her but i asked for a manager and you wanted to take the phone call its your job to help me i will not be spending my money there again i know the money shortage was an honest mistake but the way the managers handeled it was not...
