Touch of Finland — Local services in Marquette Township

We have shopped multiple times at Touch of Finland, as we like buying local and routinely buy Finnish items, and have bought many things and spent a fairly large amount of money there. After today’s experience however, we will no longer be shopping there. The sales people were rude, talking loudly between themselves about multiple customers behind their backs. If they didn’t like something being done, they could have directly and politely mentioned it to the customers. We also bought fairly expensive glassware, which once it was purchased, wasn’t wrapped and was simply put in the bag. Save your money and have a better experience- buy Finnish items from another retailer online, though I hate to say it, because we prefer to support...

I ordered online a couple of different sauna products. First thing was an email that shipping would be more expensive than the web shop calculated. This want a big issue, and we just canceled the bigger item. Then delivery took quite long and, once it arrived, it turned out that 4 items where missing and one was wrong. The box was delivered perfectly sealed and absolutely no sign that it has been opened or damaged during transport. Response from Touch of Finland was, that I should talk to my post office... It took four more emails and photos to eventually organize refund for the not delivered items. A rather rude treatment during the process came for free, but nothing like "we are sorry". No place I would recommend for any...

I am so happy I ran across the Touch of Finland website. I saw the “Flirty Finn” coffee mug and had to have it. I knew my daughter and sister would also love it, so I had one sent to each of them, as well. They opened their surprise delivery and they loved it. We’re from Minnesota so we have a lot of Sisu and are very proud of our Finnish heritage. I live in Ohio now and would love to visit your store. Maybe one day. I wish Touch of Finland continued success and will continue to visit...
