Subway — Restaurant in Marquette

Ive had multiple bad experiences at this location, but I kept going back because they'd get new employees. Shoutout to the blonde guy working today who had an attitude. Ordered a pickup today so I could grab my lunch on my way to work. I ordered at 11:45, said it would be ready by 12:10pm. They were busy and I understand, so I waited by the pickup area. More and more people came in so I got in the actual line. When it was my turn I said I had a pickup, he told me I needed to wait and have others go ahead of me because my order was for 12:10 and it was 12:05 and that it's part of a rotation. I just asked if he could make it as I was standing at the counter because I was going to be late for work, otherwise it just needed to be canceled. He then coped an attitude like I was such an inconvenience and made it. Mind you my order was lettuce, chicken, and a couple vegetables for a "salad" that took less than 2 minutes to put together. Completely messed up our order and when we called to see if we could come pick up a fixed sandwiches and were told they wouldn’t remake them until the next day. They were still supposed to be open for another 2 and a half hours at this point. Then she told us it was her managers choice. Then when we said we would like a refund since there is no reason to come get them tomorrow, these were for dinner tonight, she said no and that it was again her managers decision. After all this we were then put on hold with no warning before she finally returned and said we could get them if we brought in the others which was no problem considering they were made completely wrong, but were then told that we needed to give them time and were met with a lot of attitude and clear annoyance. I won't lie, I feel like it's pretty rare for me to give out five stars, yet when I went here the other night it was only my second visit since before Covid hit, as back then I was not impressed with the store. However my last two trips what a turn around. Both times I've gone in there, there wasn't anything that I saw through the deli glass that didn't look edible. All the meat and vegetables looked fresh and were in clean containers. That hasn't always been the case. I will be back and I highly suggest the store on Presque Isle. Kudos to the Manager and her Crew for what in my opinion was a pretty dramatic turnaround and also...
