Bought a pair of Gia Mia Kombat boots, my daughter wore them a dozen times or so, they were originally purchased for Christmas date was Dec 12th, but given to her on her birthday in mid January, one boot came completely unsown by the zipper. In good faith I paid over $10 to ship them back for a replacement, I put a letter in the box, which they said they didn't receive. But my purchase price was $47.90 they refunded me $23.95 because they were worn and it was over 30 days therefore only a partial refund could be issued.I was told that none of their manufacturers warranty any products against defects for more than 30 days! I don't believe that for one minute but that is what I was told! One boot was good as new the other totally unsown.Tread on the bottom wasn't even worn on either boot. I will never purchase from the Second Skin Shop ever again! When buying on the internet beware of deceitful sellers! Any store in the US would have exchanged them...

Tons of stuff and very knowledgable staff. Pricey and you don’t get the warm and fuzzies when you walk in. When I drop over $100 every time I’m there, I’d like to see more smiles and excitement...
