Casey's — Restaurant in Marshalltown

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Every time I come in here there’s always a long line with one worker at the cash register and they are slower than molasses in January, not to mention rude and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. There has been a long line of people every time I’m in here (which has been less and less since they opened because the service and the workers are both terrible) customers are trying to get their stuff and get out and the other workers stand around and gossip with each other with one register open and 10 people in line. My day starts at 5am and they NEVER have any food in their warmer, I happened to go in just before 6 this morning and grabbed a sandwich from the warmer and was surprised there was anything in there at all and then went to eat it and it was completely cold. There is never any food in the warmer even at noon when you would think they would be ready for people to eat lunch?? Today was the last time I’ll be giving this place my money....

So the two times I've been in Marshalltown I came to this Casey's my girlfriend and her kid were with me and her kid made a mess me not having kids I was kind of embarrassed Kim that work there very professionally took care of everything and what made for a embarrassing experience turned it into a good experience if I come back I'm coming to this Casey's second time I come to Casey's I have a gift card which I thought there was $28 left not knowing 27.50 left on the card and and that being the last bit of money that I have to make it home with a line of people behind me Kim once again help me escape a embarrassing situation it's because of people like Kim that I will always go to Casey's I hope people from corporate see this I know that they did a great job on hiring her...

After a lifetime of supporting Casey’s, I am done. You now spend 20 minutes waiting in line while zombie employees stand around drooling and watching you wait. The donuts are always burnt. The pizza is a ghost of what it used to be. Greasy, half made and dried out. The box will have the employees greasy finger prints all over it. It is always a dirty facility and you cannot find a windshield washer with water or that isn’t broken. You were great in the 90’s, but...
