Disappointed. Hadn’t had Dunkin in years so figured we’d give it a go. The coffee (a vanilla latte) simply wasn’t great (probably just not my taste.. which is fine and doesn’t warrant a low rating). Had the person who helped us been friendly and supportive, I may have gone back. Drive-thru was busy so we went inside. Store was ok. Seemed clean but nothing special. Person working the in-store register wasn’t overly friendly but maybe just a bad day? Ordered my latte with oatmilk. Even if it was because I like the flavor better than cows milk, it should immediately be a consideration that I may not want milk/dairy in my coffee. I didn’t even consider the vanilla flavoring would have milk but low and behold their French vanilla flavor swirl does (sweetened condensed milk). Not life threatening to me (and if that was the case I’d probably have done better research) so I simply stopped drinking after a couple sips, but in the future a simple “FYI, I noticed you ordered oat milk and this flavoring you requested has dairy in it” would you a LONG way.

Read moreI walked into the store (for once the door wasn’t closed with the lock). Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and got ignored by 3 employees walking around so I left! Not even a “welcome in” or “I’ll be with you in a moment”, completely ignored. Usually 2-3 times a week I walk over and try to order a coffee for employees and the door is locked for “cleaning”, if you have to lock the door constantly because you can’t control the drive-thru line, maybe consider hiring enough staff (that aren’t dressed in whatever clothing they choose) to actually do their job. I also saw an employee mixing multiple drinks with the same stirring utensil last week, which is completely unsanitary... and gets in other drinks. No wonder it doesn’t taste the way it’s supposed to. I could continue on with this but I will choose not to. Get control over this staff. I have to call to have someone let me in!! I called last week and the call got ignored and I had to close my own store to get in my car and drive thru the drive thru to get a coffee. No notice on doors... nothing. This is...

I am finding myself going more frequently to this location, in Marshalltown. The staff is youthful but works great under pressure showing no tension, but a lot of enthusiasm. I have not come across anybody that has been rude lately which is nice. I appreciate the changes that you have made in this location as it really truly shows. Foods are being prepare with gloves, and are more enthusiastic about delivering your orders in a promptly manner without serving your food cold! Thank you so much! I will be visiting again soon!
