Dunkin' — Restaurant in Marshfield

I'd give DD a 5 because it's my favorite coffee shop/cheap/friendly HOWEVER lately the service seems to be lacking, mainly in the morning. The past 3 days I've went for my morning coffee and bagel something has been wrong. The first time, my iced coffee was black even though I asked for almond milk and hazelnut/coconut flavor. Even then they just put almond milk in it when I asked for it to be fixed. The second time they gave me a donut, not a bagel, and once again just black coffee (this time almond milk, didn't bother with flavor). The third time I ordered on the app so they had time to get it right and maybe get passed a rush, but they only saw my order when I got there and forgot to give me my coffee. They did notice and made it right though! The girl who brought my bagel out asked where my coffee was because someone told her they gave it to me. The delay made me late for an appointment, but I wasn't mad. Once it was busy there, once it was normal, and the most recent time I was the only car in the drive thru, so I feel like it isn't an issue with busy times. They are always nice though! Very lovely people and I'll always go there for my coffee, but I really hope you guys work on your service accuracy. I used to work in fast food and I know how angry people can get when you don't get their order right, especially in the morning when caffeine addicts are in a hurry to get somewhere. 5 Stars for sure. I Most definitely would return to the marshfield location. More specifically I was coming through the drive through, and through the window by the prep area I seen this Beautiful tall woman with dark red beautiful long hair like the finest silk, and the most gorgeous brown eyes I have ever seen in my life there reflection like that of pools of honey. She had legs for days, there length that of a majestic gazelle. She had on a white polo shirt and I believe her name tag said "Rachael". I could tell she was a new employee because I haven't ever seen her there before.She looked at me and smiled, I felt as though I was stairing into the face of an Angel. I think iam in love I will return to bask in her beauty every chance I get. I've never been so addicted to coffee in my life I've been through the drive through 17 times today already to order a large iced coffee with French vanilla, cream, and no sugar. I cant tell if my heart is beating out of my chest from all the coffee or just from being in the presence of...

Never a fast stop... Doesn't matter if you order ahead or not. Can't get orders right. Today I ordered Bacon topped avocado toast, and received a tomato avocado sandwich. Ordered ahead on app even.

EDIT: A few more attempts to use this pathetic excuse of a Dunkn' location. Today, I ordered the same damn drink I ALWAYS order....Iced Carmel Macchiato. I received an UNFLAVORED macchiato.

Previously, I ordered a Grilled Cheese w/ Bacon...NO bacon. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME...…100% of my orders....are 100% wrong...and this has been going on since DAY ONE of them opening.

I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT THIS LOCATION. I frequently visit the Wausau, Oshkosh, Fon Du Lac, & Waupun locations and have NEVER had an issue. I will be spreading my experiences w/ anyone who asks, and I will be contacting Dunkn' corporate, because this is unacceptable. It's not like I'm buying $2 Kwik Trip coffee. I'll spend the extra money at...
