After all the money they spent with the new building it was a waste of time and money. Gone is the homey, warm, cozy feeling, the dining area now looks like a glorified cafe court in a mall. The parking lot is a lawsuit waiting to happen, the drive through is crowded and still backed up to Central Avenue at lunch. We pulled into the parking lot and it was full we had to park in an area where it appears the employees park. Coming out of the driveway to get to the employee area we could not see out of the driveway because of the cars lined up in the drive through. After parking in employee lot we had to walk up a little hill covered with snow and netting that was protecting the grass, another lawsuit in the making, we notice that there were several unused parking spots that could not be accessed because of the drive through traffic. The wait at the counter was long and the food was not the best. We had the quarter pounder with cheese special, my tummy rumbled for an hour after eating I guess the grease bomb had exploded in my stomach. The dining room and front counters have a sterile hospital feel rather than a place that felt great to be in. I was very disappointed and this will definately not be my my first, second or even third choice of fast food in Marshfield. There needs to be something done about the drive through, they should not have even bothered to make a new building if they couldn't solve that problem. I would think with all of the resources of a company this size they certainly could have solved this as it is a safety concern, maybe not to Mc Donalds but to the people who have to use the streets in that area. Eventually the city will probably have to step in this...
Read moreI am sorry to say this McDonald's customer service and food quality as really gone down in the last year! A friend and I used the drive through he said he wanted 3 chicken sandwiches from the dollar menu, the lady laughed and asked which one and named off a couple. He replied whatever the one is on the dollar menu and a small french fry please. She said it will be and the price. Which was over 7 dollars. When we got to the window and tried to ask her how 3 $1 sandwiches and a 1.99 fry added to 7+dollars she laughed, spoke slowly and said If the chicken is 2 for $3 and you buy 3 of them you have to pay full price of 1.79 for the extra one then began to laugh with the person next to her. Since I was coming home from having had surgery I was too tired to deal with her childish behavior just let it go. She continued to laugh and shake her head as she handed us our food and we drove away. We got down the street I grabbed my fries with excitement as I hadn't had them for awhile and they were cold and INCREDIBLY salty! So those went back on the bag with immense disappointment, then I grabbed one of the chicken sandwiches, Opened it up to find ketchup on it! Yes my friend wanted to go back therebecauae he was angry, but I just wanted to get home so I could start feeling better. Long story short RUN...
Read moreNormally I never have issues with this place other than the normal wait but today was the last straw. We went to order via the phone app and the time said 10:30 am yes the order was breakfast which most McDonald's serve breakfast till 11 on weekends. Order wouldn't take so we went inside and asked and the manager was rude and said absolutely not even though 10:30 is within the time required to get breakfast... Even though they were still making breakfast orders that weren't on the all day menu. Next we decided that whatever manager doesn't know how to tell time so we decided to just order lunch and then the self order kiosk and it crashed and wouldn't work even though it was paid for to print a receipt and the staff couldn't figure out how to fix it and make it print which is an issue. Regardless the whole experienced was awful and they need to fix there stuff. No excuses managers need training and company needs to think more how there equipment works. Sad to see a once good place fall because of...
