Del Cielo Brewing Co. — Restaurant in Martinez

We ordered 9 cases of Del Cielo beer (5 of the Hold My Beer Lager, 4 of the Mental Haze) for our July 2023 wedding in Mill Valley, to serve around 100 guests. We made an intentional choice to work with a POC-led brewery and were so happy that Del Cielo is nearby in Martinez. We worked with Joe from the taproom who was very responsive to questions we had and made sure that our order was ready to go at our convenience. Joe himself helped out with bringing out our 9 cases of beer, and even added a free case as a bonus!

My husband has been a loyal IPA drinker but Del Cielo suggested that their lager would complement our summer wedding, and it was a great recommendation. Our guests enjoyed both choices and the can designs look fantastic in photos.

Made a visit on a Friday evening, with a decent amount of people in and outside. The drinks were decent, the live band was a nice touch to the atmosphere.

Even though there were plenty of fans, the inside tap room was a bit warm and stuffy.

The staff could have been a bit friendlier as each of my visits to get a beer was ho hum.

As it was time to leave, I went up to one of the two cashiers as both had a sign above them that says "ORDER HERE". As I was standing there, I was directed to go to a different line and wait even though I indicated I was only cashing out. I'd suggest removing the "order here" if you in fact have to go to a designated imaginary line.
