My wife has been going here for 5 plus years this man really disappointed me when i went in to go get my iphone 15 pro screen fixed he mentioned that he couldnt fix the bent edge side i went on october 7,2024 and i came back on October 17,2024 he said its been over a month and a half but i have the transactions on my bank account and said he wasnt gonna to tell about the battery because the screen went over the phone perfectly i came back on october 17 to glue it back down, my camera was blurry, my phone service wasnt working, and my screen was pressing random buttons. He offered to fix the battery for $79.00 i went to apple store and they ran a diagnostic and my whole phone needs to be replaced i have to pay about 700 dollars to get a new phone and i paided 195.00 dollars to get my screen fixed my wife went back up to this shop asking for a refund or he can do anything to fix this situation and he started yelling at my wife and banging his hands on the counter and was talking to her very aggressive and didnt even wanna read the paper, even stated how he been working on iphone 15s for 15 years ? I thought they just cane out last year but ok 🤣 i didn’t appreciate it this at all and he even followed my wife out the store like she did something wrong he was yelling at her I especially don’t appreciate it for a customer that has been coming there for 5 plus years im very disappointed in this man on how he handle this situation this was very unprofessional and disrespectful outcome i will NEVER BE COMING TO HIM AGAIN dont come to him if you have and iphone 11 and up its going to cost you a whole phone he doesnt use apple products if i could give him zero...
Read moreRoberto is one of those who is engaged, attentive, and perfectly clear about what's happening. He clearly cares about the quality of his work, and the well-being of his customers, or just about anyone who walks through his door.
The front area is set up to encourage people to stay while the repairs happen, and to be comfortable. That's a nice change from the cold layouts of every other tech place I've been to.
You will get: • respectful attention and eye contact as you describe your technical problems • as much information as you ask for about what he is doing, and why. If he isn't busy, he encourages you to watch while he works • honest pricing. Not one up-charge, never a last-minute fee
What you won't get: • false promises - if he can't fix your glitch, he'll admit it and let you know what you're dealing with • the brush-off; if you're civil despite your stress, you'll get as much help as you could ever hope for
I've taken equipment to Roberto for years (oops, I'm clumsy) and not only has he treated me with excellent courtesy every single time, I've never even seen him treat any customer any differently than me.
For me, this is the first and (usually) last stop - and the only regret has been the times he couldn't help and I had to go somewhere else to get...
Read moreI had a cracked iPhone screen and called Roberto based on the reviews and proximity to where I live. I set up an appointment for the next day as he needed to order a screen for my iPhone model. When I arrived he inquired about my phone. Was it working? Were there any issues besides the cracked screen?
Based on my answers..works fine, no issues, mostly just aesthetic--he said your glass screen protector is broken. Not your phone.
I had brought my own screen protector which he installed in under five minutes and was OTD for $10 rather than $100 for a cracked screen.
Roberto is a rarity in this world. He cares about his customers whether it is your first time in or your fifth and he's HONEST!
A bit of advice for folks. His office hours are a suggestion. He lives close by. It is best to call before coming to verify he's in and he can make it to his business very quickly to greet you. He receives texts at his listed number and that works great too. His response...
