Arby's — Restaurant in Martinsburg

The sweet tea was just as good as Chick-fil-A's tea. The customer service is on point and my wife and I's meals were A+. We ended up getting two chicken sliders a crispy chicken farm house salad and a sweet tea. My wife ordered a 9 piece premium tenders meal with curly fries and mozzarella sticks. Order was in at 9:50pm and they rocked! The food is rated over Apple Bees quality. Well done guys and thank you so much!!!!

After reading the unfair reviews that you all are getting, I have doubled my appreciation for you alls' hard efforts. I will say it, people need to wake up and realize that we live in a different world to where people do not want to work. We are now going through food shortages due to unethical farm shutdowns. Dont expect everything to be on the menu and there to be a full restaurant of staff! Went through the drive thru a few hours ago thought it was odd that it looked empty. I thought it had closed down or moved but i saw one car that looked like it was leaving the drive thru so I pulled in and the girl working the window was nice, food was ready pretty fast, a buffalo chicken sandwich meal and a chicken bacon swiss meal. Curly fries were good but both chicken sandwiches? I dont think I ever had a bad meal at arbys, i dont go there as often as I do other places but its always been pretty good but the chicken was inedible. Every bite had some nasty grisel or something to where I had to spit it out. My wife couldnt eat hers either and so for $30 we got 2 little potato cake things, 2 orders of curly fries and 2 sodas... Tried to go to Chick-fil-A‘s but the parking lot did not have one single space open in it so we were forced to go here. Walked in and there was one person in the whole restaurant which was kind of concerning at 6:30 at night. Ordered turkey bacon ranch wrap and deluxe turkey sandwich. The french fries were fine but my wrap was disgusting . It had a big hunk of turkey with yucky skin on it and lettuce that was black all over it and the cheese was dry and hard. Come on that lettuce and piece of turkey should never have been used. It very disappointing but they did make it right and were cooking new bacon which would have taken 9 minutes so I had no problem with reusing bacon from original.
