I’d give them a -5 star if I could . We ordered pizza , brownie and a drink at 5:50. The order tracker states they checked the pizza at 6:30 and stated the driver left at 6:58. I called the store at 7:08 and the manager on duty said the driver was just leaving with my food . It only takes 5 minutes to get from my the store to my house so that’s why I called . The manager on duty Deandre’ was the most rude manager I’ve ever dealt with . He hung the phone up 3 times . I explained to him that I didn’t want a cold pizza. Once the delivery guy arrived around 7:30 I told him I didn’t want the food because you could tell it had been sitting a while before being delivered and his attitude was just as bad as the managers. He didn’t even have all of my order . The only thing he had to say was they’ll cook another one but can’t guarantee I’ll get it in a timely manner . He just wanted to argue instead of turning a bad situation into a good one . A manager should never argue with a customer . If you don’t like your job , get another one . Read moreHad issues in the past with being delivered to the wrong address and they were unwilling to make it right. I had to go out and play scavenger hunt to find where they put my pizza. Even though I put the correct address and it was saved from prior orders in the app, they said I was wrong and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward to finally giving them a chance again, I made sure it said my correct address and screen shot it just in case. I called the store to confirm it was right. They interrupted me, said it was right and before I could even say thank you they hung up. The customer service there is poor!
