Starbucks — Restaurant in Martinsville

This is a long rant BUT for a reason I visited this location recently To management: please choose your drive thru cashiers WISELY.

It is usually the same girl taking drive thru orders. First of all, who likes being greeted with sarcasm and aggression while ordering coffee? God forbid you suddenly end up changing your mind about your drink/food mid-order. She practically responds with so much sarcasm that you feel the need to apologize for even existing. I mean, if this lady could crawl her face out through the speaker just to make sure you really felt her irritation----she probably would leap at the opportunity.

I despise that I am stuck with this Starbucks now. This is exactly why I drive another two miles to the Ridgeway Starbucks just so I do not cross paths with this young lady. Do not get me wrong-- the coffee is just about the same as the other location but this one NASTY drive-thru barista/cashier makes your coffee run feel complicated and intimidating to a point you never want to return.

Good for her for skipping the name tag.... I wouldn’t want to be identified either if I was serving attitude for living. But she does wear glasses and braces along with her sarcasm which makes her even more...

I accidentally ordered the wrong size drink, I'm a new first time customer to starbucks. And the cashier was so sweet she upgraded the size of my drink out of the kindness of her heart when she didn't have to. I wish I could have got her name so I could congratulate her personally. I was very grateful for her kindness. But after my first sip of the customized strawberry pink drink to my liking, I have now become addicted to this drink!! I'm not really big on coffee, but I like the fruity mixed drinks! They have definitely earned themselves a repeat customer! 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ Big shout out to the friendly woman who helped make my venti drink for me (and she even made a tasty suggestion for my next visit, as well as help me figure out how to navigate the app and make the drink my favorite by hearting it) and the excellent customer...

Starbucks is consistently a great experience. Whether I'm grabbing a coffee on the go or looking for a place to relax, it always delivers. Their coffee is rich and flavorful, and they have an awesome variety of drinks to choose from. I love their seasonal options—it's always fun to try a new twist on a favorite.

The staff is friendly and usually very quick, even during the busiest times. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a nice spot to sit and catch up on work or chat with a friend. Plus, their food selection has a little something for everyone, from breakfast sandwiches to pastries.
