Cecil Whittaker's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Maryland Heights

First and last time I will order from this location. I order a Cecil lunch special and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes, I pulled up 25 minutes later on purpose cause of lunch rush hour , walked up to the window and told the young lady what I ordered and was told it wasnt ready yet. They gave me a pager to buzz me, put 17 minutes later I'm watching people order and get there food and leave, I kindly walked back to the window and spoke with the young woman again, who informed me it still wasn't ready, and at that moment I looked real unamused,so she said let me go check and see what the issue is. She comes right back and says to me, " Oh! you ordered CWP? I replied with ummm yeah! She then proceeded to tell me, " well this is Chuck's Hot Chicken as well" you should have told me ehen you came up who you ordered from, your order has been sitting here the whole time. I simply replied with, Ma'am I told you I ordered a cwp lunch special, and even told you which one". Oh! well sorry then was the reply. I smiled and walked off like WOW!!! Got to my location and wings weren't what i ordered, they looked half cooked and like they had been sitting for a LONG while, my salad was , well you get the point, eat there if you choose to, first snd last experience for me and I'll make it a point to tell people stay away from that place, never had those type of issues at the florissant nor Hazelwood...

I haven’t had Cecil Whittaker’s in months. I wanted to order it for dinner so I did. I ordered online for my order. Also generously gave them a 20% tip. (Because their food is always amazing and they never disappointed me). Drove up to the place and no one was in the store at all. A man was talking on the side to another random person, saw I was standing there, walked up to me and said “you picking up an order?” I said “yeah.” And he said “name?” I told him my name, he went inside, picked up my order, walked back out and handed it to me in silence while walking back over to talk to that same person. Literally didn’t stop or anything just put it into my arms. Didn’t say “have a good day” or anything like I’m inconveniencing him to do his job. Like just rude af. Also the chicken strips in my order were soggy and not cooked properly. Also, gave me tiny chicken pieces instead of full on strips. I have never had Cecil Whittaker’s chicken strips look like that. It’s like ever since they combined the store with Chuck’s hot chicken their food has gone down hill. Such a shame. I will no longer be spending my money at this location anymore. Ordered online and their delivery is processed through DoorDash. We got our order and the pizza was wrong, half was supposed to be sausage and pepperoni and the other half just cheese and it came with half of it pepperoni and half of it sausage and I’m a vegetarian so I wouldn’t have been able to eat any of it and on top of that the salad we ordered wasn’t there so I called the store and was unable to speak with anyone so I had to drive up there which was annoying because it was later at night and I paid for delivery so I wouldn’t have to go out but I only live 7 minutes away so it wasn’t that awful was another minor inconvenience. I got to the store and explained everything and they said they would remake the pizza and apologized but the salad was stolen by the DoorDash driver. They said to give them about 10 minutes and they’d remake it. I went and sat in my car and not even 10 minutes later they brought out our entire order made fresh all over again when I was just expecting them to remake the pizza!
