Terrible... I just picked up 10 Old Bay wings and 5 whole wings thinking that they might be as good as they were my first time, which was my last time at this place. Boy was I wrong!!
Last time I was here, I ordered 3 whole wings and they were cooked great and tasted great too!! This go round, I thought I’d explore the menu a little more, so I stepped out on faith and that was a TERRIBLE mistake. Here’s the break down:
Onion rings:
Fried too long, falling apart so much so that they were unrecognizable, and very greasy. ugh!! There was so much grease that the bottom of the foam container was covered, and the grease itself could be poured out right in the trash can, which is exactly were they ended up.
5 whole wings combo: 11.99
These wings were an ok size, but not cooked nearly long enough. The place was busy, and it appears like the cook was rushing. I asked for Ranch dry seasoning and that was totally left out of the equation. Undercooked and not flavorful at all. To the trash can they went. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the fries, although the grease used to cook them tasted old.
10 Old Bay wings: $11.99
When I ordered these wings, the lady said these were “hot” wings, and that the seasoning was a dry rub, when I got the order, the wings were saucey like traditional hot wings and the old bay seasoning spread throughout. At least these wings were eatable, too bad they were...

America’s Best Wings on Rt. 1 is trash.
Me and my husband went there and ordered wings - husband ordered 2 boneless meals. The manager, Ms. Jane, made 2 bone-in meals. When my husband told them that the order was wrong, they literally said “oh well”. They refused to make the correct order, and refused to issue a refund. Basically, the manager said “take what you get”.
I’m really not one to complain or leave negative reviews - but when I spend $41 on 2 wing meals - and they’re made wrong and literally nothing is done to rectify, I have an issue with that. The manager refused to come speak with me (I’m literally 2 weeks or less away from giving birth, so I pose no physical threat to anyone), refused to provide the name of the store owner or any corporate information. She locked the door to the back room and said she was busy.
Overall terrible service and experience. I would never go back to that store again. I feel like they do this all the tome to people, but they will never get another penny of my money.

Literally the BEST wings you could possible get. I love coming here and ordering lemon pepper and old bay. The three stars is because the food is amazing, but the place tonight was not very sanitary and the staff was extremely rude. When you looked up (I'd you decided to look up for some reason) there were several (more than 10) flies flying around the lights. That alone was pretty nasty. The person who took my order didn't really seem like he cared to be there. When I paid for the food, he LITERALLY threw my receipt at me! Not handed, but THREW it at me. Now listen, I come here a lot, and I love their wings, but I have had problems with their staff before. One woman was on the phone (using headphones) having an entire argument with her significant other while people were trying to order. Management needs to be more thoughtful on who they hire and find a way to get ride of all the flies. They were even crawling around...
