Oriole Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Normally I have no issues with this restaurant and this is the first review I have ever written. I ordered the Family Special. It came promptly and the gentleman that delivered was very polite. So far so good. I tasted the wings, good. The fries were hot, all good there. Tasted the pizza and YUCK! I’ve had their pizza before and the sauce was good. This sauce was bitter and salty. There was actually raw dough under the sauce. The cheese was sliding off the bread so when I picked up the one and only slice that I will attempt to eat (mind you this is a large pizza) half the slice was doughy bread. I called and received such a less than caring response that I have been turned off for good. Customer Service is everything to me. A little empathy would have gone a long way. In essence, I just paid $33.00 for a whole sub, fries, 6 buffalo wings and a soda. What a waste of money and food. But hey, you live and learn. I’ll spend my coins elsewhere. I placed an order last week and they forgot my sub. The manager told me they would send it instead I told him I would get it another time. I called today for my sub and when the delivery driver, Singh (name I later found after calling the store) came to my house before he would give me my food he told me never to call there store again because they didn’t want my business.I asked him if he was the manager and he said he was. He was so rude and evil and it’s crazy because it’s not my fault that they forgot to bring my sub that I paid for the week before. I called the store and found out that he was not the manager and just one of their main delivery drivers. I was told that the manager comes in later today. I am going to the store in person to make a formal complaint. I have never in my life been...

I used to live right up the street a little more than a year ago & used to order regularly. I know that the lamb gyro has meat, lettuce , Feta & tomatoes as well has onions ( to which I'm allergic.). But when I asked to leave the onions off I didn't expect to not get the lettuce, tomatoes or feta left off also. The meat was pleasant, not at good as it used to be, but okay. But the sandwich was very bland without the lettuce, tomatoes & feta. I give it a C- rating. I have been getting organic lamb gyros at a restaurant in Catonsville. Their are pitas ( which are fresh) have cucumber (European type), lots of feta, kalmeta olives, tomatoes, romaine lettuce which organic chunks of lamb (not shredded).
