Not one to leave reviews, but after my experience with a group of friends I have to say... This place is pretty bad as far as BR goes, on top of the language barrier, it's almost as if the staff don't even care about giving horrible service because they know the location is really good (near suburbs). Honestly, it's one thing to not even give customer service, and it's another to scoop ice cream without gloves and give a singular, sorry, pathetic banana for a sundae... Had pre-ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday party, and on our way to the party stopped to pick it up. After a bit of a delay, I was told that the cake maker was sick. The manager(?) Offered to to give us 2 smaller cakes decorated the same was we had requested on our order. This was not a huge deal to us, so we took him up on the offer. Overall, I left satisfied. I only deducted 1 star because I think a phone call could have been made previous to our arrival for pickup (10:30). The manager was very apologetic and did what he could to make it right.
