This is one of the worst experiences I had. A female manager came and started yelling at us, incredibly rude. We used 2 coupons (1 coupon per person) for $13 for any 2 dozens. She claimed that you can only use one coupon per visit per CAR, although the coupon didn't say per car. The coupon says, one coupon per person per visit". There was 2 people in the car each doing their own order for 2 dozen. She made me feel as if she can alter the rules of the corporate as she liked, and as if she owns the store. Not only did she yell at us but when we were talking to her she slammed the drive thru window IN OUR FACE and rolled her eyes as she walked away making it purposely visible to see. She didn't even give us the chance to get our receipts, so we had to drive around to the front door to get the receipts. She intentionally made us wait an additional HALF HOUR them to get our reciepts. She kicked me out of the store to wait in the cold and let others who came after me recieve service before me. Even while waiting she found a way to keep arguing with me about the coupons which was very unnecessary. She has a very bad attitude that any manager or any customer service shouldn't have. Each word she said made me sure even more that I won't be returning to Krispy Kreme, I was a loyal customer who visited frequently to get some donuts for me and my neighbors, although I have several Dunkin Donut stores a lot closer to me than Krispy Kreme which is a decent drive away from me. I wish this was the end of the issues BUT IT ISN'T, when I came home I see they messed up my order although on the receipt it was correctly ordered. I ordered 6 strawberry iced with sprinkles, 3 original glazed and 3 chocolate iced with sprinkles in one of my 4 dozens, but they gave me 6 original glazed, 3 chocolate iced with sprinkles and 3 strawberry iced with sprinkles. I drove for the first time to the Buckeystown, Maryland location of the Krispy Kreme donut restaurant after moving to the Frederick County Maryland area from Howard County Maryland this previous month of April 2020. They have specials every week for low prices and alerts for fresh baked donuts. So far, we have been given and served fresh donuts and drinks when we ordered/purchased a few times. Me and my family ask that their prompt service and fresh food does not stop or go back and forth. Thanks to the Buckeystown, Maryland Krispy Kreme Donut restaurant for their prompt and delicious food and drinks. I am adding to my review today March 16,2021, because the Krispy Kreme donut restaurant service and quality of their food have become back and forth of bad and good service as I asked that they would not. They have been giving stale donuts. I usually purchase their special lower priced dozen and they fill it with donuts that are mixed with stale and fresh donuts. People do not care of people especially good and respectful people, because they just take advantage and greedy. They do not care of losing good people and our service, because they already have power, many relatives/people, and wealth. Read moreI come to this location because it’s the closest to my home. The donuts are great the staff, complete garbage most of the time. I would say 4/5 times I try to walk out not upset by the less than stellar treatment I get from the cashiers and managers there. Today was no different from multiple eye rolls and hard sighs. I always buy a minimum of 3-4 Dozen each visit because I don’t just buy them for me but I buy them for others in my neighborhood. The closest Krispy Kreme is literally an hour drive away. Today was just awful though. I asked for the dozen to be split in 6 packs and she made it seem like they didn’t do that when I always have it done that way. She did but I also asked for additional boxes so I could split my other boxes, that was met with additional eye rolls and more hard sighs. Great customer service! This is the first time I’ve posted a comment here for this location, and scrolling through the comments apparently I’m not the only experiencing this treatment. I’m not saying all the employees are awful but it’s seldom I walk out of there happy with my purchase.
