BUFETE Golden China — Restaurant in Maryland

I called twice she answered so fast the first time and put me on hold, i was left saying hello for 30 seconds so i hung up and called again and thats when i realize that she said goldenchinaholdon . so after waiting i ask her how much for 4 wings and french fries, she said 6.70 so i said ok ( word for word) give me 5 orders of 4 wings, 3 with fried rice 2 with french fries. she repeats the order to me and tells me the total. so i send my cousin to go pick it up and he returns wth 3 plates of 4 wings with fried rice and 2 , 3 wings with fries. i call the to tell them of their mistake and she denys it and says i ordered what she wrote i said no and my 4 cousins who were there when i ordered said thats not what i ordered. i told her i was going to send my cousin back to get the missing wings and she said that i would have to pay 2.50 for the wings i said but you made the error. she said its not my fault i wrote down the wrong thing. so thats enough to get it 2 stars . what killed it was the food was so flavorless the rice look like white rice with veggies and tasted worst.... im sorry im a firm believer you have to go to the hood to get good...

Extremely unprofessional! My family and I ordered $50 worth of food and it took over two hours to get to us. At the hour and 30 min mark we called for an update and a young lady answered and told us our food was still there because the kitchen was backed up. She then said that if our food was cold by the time it got to us we would receive a full refund. Not only was the food cold, but our order was completely incorrect. We called back and the same young lady advised that she would have the manger call us back. Well he did, he proceeded to tell us that he took the order, cooked and delivered our food and felt nothing was wrong and HUNG UP. We called back and he continued to scream “you’re playing with me” and hung up. He would not let us speak about our issues with our order and then blocked our calls. As a business owner this situation could have been handled better and as long term customers who always order in bulk, this restaurant will never receive our business or the business of any friends in the neighborhood who we can get...

I wish there was a way I could not give this place a rating at all. What a Fuc* up place. I place an order from here and i begun the conversation with could I please have freshly cooked chicken with salt and pepper please they say ok. SO I GET MY FOOD AND GUESS WHAT IT TASTE LIKE CHICKEN THATS BEEN COOKED THE DAY BEFORE.. I CALLED AND ASK THE GUY ON THE PHONE WHY DO MY CHICKEN TASTE LIKE THIS. THE GUY TELLS ME ON THE PHONE IT WAS PRE COOK AND I SAID TO HIM WELL I CALLED AND ASK IF I COULD GET MY CHICKEN FRESHLY FRIED HE TELLS ME I AM SORRY BUT THIS IS THE WAY WE COOK IT AND MANY PLACES DO IT THIS WAY. I THEN ASK HIM WELL IF IM SPENDING MY MONEY DONT YOU THINK THAT I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET MY CHICKEN FRESHLY FRIED . HE TELLS ME THATS THE WAY WE DO IT AND THATS THE WAY IT WILL BE DONE .. BAD PLACE TO EAT FROM NOTHING HERE IS COOKED FRESH .. IF YOU CAN IT MIGHT BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE...
