Oh my God! Today at around 2:20pm, I stopped at this location to get some salad for my husband. Guess what? I was blown away by a this awesome police officer lady! What she did brought tears to my eyes. First of all, she greeted me like no police officer ever did. I saw her stepping out and thought she was gone. Then she came back with a little badge for this boy who said he wants to be a police officer when he grows up. The boy was very appreciative of the gift and couldn’t stop saying thank you. That is mot what blew my mind. Let me tell you. As she was going to get her food, she stopped in front of the line as if she wants to order food again. The man behind her was just cool and composed, you know when someone cut the line some people go wild about that. Then the police officer just moved away smiling and said I was just cheesing you I already order my food, I will not arrest you; you are free. Everyone burst out laughing. The ambiance was so beautiful and great. Not the fear that most police officers inspire even when they come to get food like all of us. In addition to that, o realized that they were 3 beautiful, angelic police officers. She was Kim with 2 others colleagues, all with the same fun and peaceful spirit that we don’t see every day. Before they ate their food, I saw them bowing their heads and pray to thank God. Just this, added a great topping to my day. I was at the right place at the right time. What I saw at this Chickfila today is what we want our men in uniform to do. Know when to be very serious and when to relax and be part of the community. I love them all but these women, they nailed it. They are the best. Beautiful inside out. Please help me to thank God for them and May He continuously protect them as they do their job. Big big big kudo to them all. Thank you again to inspire joy and peace in my heart today. You are...
Read moreThe Tech Rd location has really been dropping the ball lately. I understand that they are busy but I have been experiencing missing items in several orders lately. Today fries were missing. I decided to call the store. They have young people there who don't really have enough experience in phone edicate to address concerns in a professional manner. I complained about the fries being missing and brought up that several orders in the recent past have had missing items. The girl that answered the phone kept putting me on hold to ask someone else what to do. She would go in and out of actually putting me on hold to just moving the phone from her mouth and talking to a male (co-worker or manager). She told me that I could get free fries when I ordered again. I asked how that would that work when using their app. She really didn't know. I then told her that I'd like to order the fries but have them delivered immediately. She said the order would be given to the next available driver but she didn't know when that would be. I told her that considering the mishap with my order I'd think they could figure out a way to get me my order a little faster. I literally live across the highway. I also told her that I didn't feel I should be dinged with delivery fees again since the first order was wrong and now I have to order again. She moved the phone from her mouth to talk to the male (co-worker or manager) again. I could hear him saying "I already talked. I don't want to talk again.: The she says, laughing, "I don't want to talk either." They literally went back and forth for a minute and then put me on hold. I waited and no one came back to the phone. This is ridiculous! ...
Read moreI stopped at this store while traveling with my family. The parking lot was a mad house, the inside of the store had customers everywhere. I stood in line for10. Min before being able to order. While approaching the register, a young lady yells out “excuse you me you have go leave the store”. I looked around and she says you need a mask. I explained I had one on the car, so can I order and leave out. She said no I had to leave! I continued to explain, she then goes over to a guy and says “ you deal with her”. The manager Dwayne then yells out “excuse me you have to leave now! Causing the biggest scene in the store. I said to the manager it’s not that serious how you’re acting sir. He commenced to rolling his head saying it is that serious I’ve been on lock down for over a year etc.... I handed my daughter who did have on her mask my card and asked that she order for me. The manager Dwayne and the young lady stated she had to leave as well “my daughter “. They said they will not serve her either and she couldn’t order for me..In all my years of being a customer I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service. Point,.... the way these people handled this situation was totally unprofessional. The proper thing was to ask do you have a mask and or can you please go get one. We are not residents of Montgomery county and are fully aware that each state has their own mandates. However their behavior was very belittling and degrading. Lastly my daughter did order my food in which I ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon, the manager purposely put bacon on the salad. So I will be reaching out to cooperate with this issue. I do not eat pork due to very strict...
