TGI Fridays — Restaurant in Maryland

This was my third time there and unfortunately, I can't say anything good. Well, never mind, the host was excellent. A very friendly and welcoming young lady that took us to our table right away. Our waitress came to our table to take our drink order and we were ready to put our food order in at the same time. I got the Friday endless appetizers (pot stickers and bone in wings) with just a regular coke. The other person got a beer and the the ribs and shrimp meal. The waitress walked away put our order in and sat down at the table behind their station. We waited about 15 minutes for just our drinks. We only got our drinks when the table next to her asked her for water and she had to get up to go get the water for them.

I got my first order of pot stickers and wings, pot stickers were delicious but my wings looked like they had been sitting for a while and some one just poured more sauce over them. When the other person's food came out, they brought me another order of pot stickers and wings (this time the wings looked fresh). The food runner saw that we had already received the appetizers and was going to take them back with him but I asked him to leave them. Both of us at the table finished our drinks and were never offered a refill or another beer.

The waitress only checked on us once to ask if we needed anything, at that point we were done eating and ready to go. I asked for our check and a to go box, well that also took forever. I tried my best to remain polite and not say anything because I was upset. We took care of the check and the other party at the table wanted to leave no tip because we both agreed that the service was terrible, unfortunately I did not have the heart to do so I still left her a tip.

There was another waitress in that same area who's name is Paola and I was so jealous at the tables that had her as a waitress. She was very friendly, quick, and showed her guests that she was there for them. The table next to us with about 6 people had an order wrong and she was very apologetic and asked the guy to repeat his order. He declined and said he would just eat what he got but she said "no, no I want you to eat what you want, please I insist what did you really want to get?". The guy seemed embarrassed so that lead me to believe that most likely the customer was the one who order the wrong thing.

Out of the 3 times I have been to this place 2 have been unpleasant and one time was awesome. Both of the times that I've had a bad experience I was seating in the restaurant area. The service at the bar was a lot faster and friendlier despite the fact that ther...

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! THE STAFF IS LAZY/UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THIS LOCATION IS CLEARLY POORLY MANAGED (AND HAS BEEN FOR SOME TIME). I visited this location last summer, and the service was appalling (at best). The server took about 20 minutes before initially coming to our table to take our drink order. When we finally got the drinks, the drink order was wrong. In addition, it took nearly 40 minutes for our table (of two) to get our food, which was remarkably average. We voiced our concerns to the manager who said (nonchalantly) that we did not have to pay for our meals. Frankly, we absolutely were not trying to get a free meal; however, after that experience, I felt that this action was appropriate and well-deserved. It just struck me as odd that the manager did not seem concerned about our unacceptable dining experience. I recently returned to this business (with great hesitation), thinking that the dining experience could only be better - since it was so horrendous several months ago. WRONG!! We walked in and were greeted and seated almost immediately; however, after waiting at the table (for two) for nearly 30 minutes (with no one having taken our drink or food orders), we just decided to leave. The restaurant did not appear to be busy, and at one point (after about 10 minutes into this 30-minute ordeal) a manager walked by our table and just looked sort of oddly as he continued to pass us. As we were leaving, a server approached us and explained that he did not realize that our table was assigned to him. REALLY? Why didn't you find out or - at minimum - ask us if our order had been taken ? After all, it was obvious that there was some sort of issue because we were just sitting there with no food or drinks for an unacceptable timeframe. When we explained to the server that we had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes and were leaving, his response was a casual - OK. I will not return to this location. The staff is inefficient and obviously not well-trained, and this behavior starts at the top. Therefore, I believe that this location is poorly managed. hello I am Sean Hardman. Here is another favorite Places I=Of Mine. This is TGI Friday's In thew Tech Shopping Center Off Colesville and Tech Road . This place has A Huge parking Area . This place is next door to Panera Bread , And Chic Fil A . As You Ener the doors they have a Host Desk area in front to help you all be seated in places you like most . In the inner areas they have a Huge Full Bar area and Dining area as well around it . It is nicely decorated on the walls . They have fantastic Menus to Look at . The drinks get served to you by servers of you liking whether alcohol based or sodas . They have Karaoke's Every Thursday Night . I hadn't been to this place since the pandemic and I have tried applying to this place countless times and turned away because of slow business since the Pandemic . Please people please support and give this place the business it deserves once again . This place has a great staff and A Great Female General Manager I respect a lot . But I wish they would give me a job there since My Strength is in Customer Service and Hosting If they train me on their computers there and all I will Ride for The Brand In the near future . I Love the burgers they have and other foods like onion rings and more . I Hope to attend the karaoke's In the near future there sometime . Its been 3 3/4 Years since I attended the Karaoke's There last . I Hope to attend them again real soon . But I have better Recommended DJ's They can Use . That I see at Stained Glass Pub that they can rely on If TGI Friday's Can Trust me with My recommended pics . I have Ideas that can get business hiked up again if they trust me with them in the near future .
