Multiple Burger King locations have filed for bankruptcy. Considering the experience at this location, the owner should seriously consider restructuring before the losses mount.
An actual exchange with the teller/order taker. "Hi We'd like a number 1 meal with a small sweet tea" Teller: "What?" "We'd like a number 1 with a small sweet tea" Teller: "Is that the meal?" "Yes, with a small sweet tea". Teller: "Okay what would you like to drink with that?" "A small.....sweet tea." Teller: "And what size did you want?" "Small" Teller: "Ok Small Medium or Large" So at this point I was done...just done. Me: "Yes." Teller: "Excuse me? Small medium or large" Me: -rolling up the window-
Bottom line, we didn't finish ordering, told the window we didn't want anything, and drove to Arbies right next door.
The teller at Arbies was fast, concise, polite, spoke clearly, and got our order in quickly and professionally.
I don't know what in the heck the window guy / teller was doing at this Burger King, but they need to be retrained....

Leaving inexperienced cashiers at the front, don't know how to use the latest apps such Apple pay..etc. I was 2nd in line to order behind a kid that didn't have enough money, they took the cash he had while he goes out to his mom to get more money. He comes back in 2-3 min later with a phone to pay with apple pay. The kid has no clue how to use it and neither did the cashier. Cashier asks manager for help, tells the kid he needs a code.. The kid to goes back outside to the car for another 2-3 minutes to see if his mom can give him the code. Meanwhile I've been waiting almost 10 minutes to order when they should've cancelled it and moved on. The cashier apologized but I asked him to cancel it and have the kid reorder, but he just looked at me scared and confused on what to do! Management did nothing to help this situation at the register. Finally I walked out and will not be back there and will advise my family and friends to do the same!
