Panda Express — Restaurant in Maryland

I am order# 142445 verify the refund It's sad that we have to review this place with a 2 star, however this two star has been well deserved. We have visited this Panda Express location a few times, and we have had more negative experiences than positive. The drive through line can be time consuming (what drive through isnt?), sometimes the food isn't "fresh", but when customer service lacks... then there is a problem. This is how establishments lose money. I had to get a refund for a $37 order for my Family. After I tried to give chances too. While the place wasn't packed there was a wait for chow mein and orange chicken (typical). So I was asked to pay for my food in advance while I wait; why not? So I did, then 2 couples, a few individuals AND a family came in after me as I waited on my families food. Then finally the wait was over, however the customers AFTER me were served and taken care of while my family and I sat and waited patiently. After those customers left I figured our food would be made, although frustrated I let them carry on. Then with no regard to me waiting, the server said to me we have to wait on orange chicken and noodles... This was unacceptable, no sorry for the wait, no compensation (free bowl, spring rolls, etc), nothing... so without raising my voice or showing frustration, I simply asked for a refund... never again will I go to this Panda Express. Luckily there are a few more in the area.. Kobe is actually a better choice if you don't mind the wait for...

I must say this Panda Express is the best one I have EVER been to in my life. The Establishment was clean and smelled like bleach in the dining area. The food was delicious! The food was packed very well.! The only thing I did not like was when I was requesting a smaller box for a side and in the middle of me telling her what I wanted she busts out telling me how much it was. If I'm buying something and I asked for it I have the money to pay for it. I do not like when someone is constantly like this is going to be an extra $3 so this is going to be an extra $5. If I ask for it put it on there bill me for it I'm going to pay for it. I've had to tell her that twice but my husband said sometimes people get to the cash register and say oh I didn't know that that was extra. So with that being said I must say that my experience here what's Grand. Every time, even when I order it and have it sent to my home.

This has got to be the worse location ever to get panda express from! Before plenty of times I have order from here and each time I'm disappointed in my order. I have dealt with rude staff multiple times. This time I ordered delivery since I work from home and would you believe the food they sent me! I order double orange chicken chow mein and rice. One side had chicken the other side barely anything. My chow mein I could swirl it up in 1 bite. The plate looks as if it is for a child.... my plate size was the size of the bowl! Literally fit in a bowl and I paid for a plate! Then I called the store and whoever the chick was that answered the phone cut me off mid sentence like she didn't even want to hear what I had to say! I tried multiple times to give them the benefit of doubt but I'm done ordering from this location! They don't deserves peoples hard...
