The owner "Justine" is very unkind to people of color. I used to love this place - told my family about it. Went one evening order $70 worth of food. Got home 20 miles away and noticed all the food was burnt!! like it been reheated. I called and spoke to Justine he gave me a credit for $40 because the wings were the only thing fresh. I went to use my credit I ordered the same thing I usually get " Honey Old Bay wings and hushpuppies." And asked for my fries to be seasoned. He repeated fries seasoned. When I got back to my car and bit into the wings they were "Lemon Pepper wings" and no French fries. I called and spoke to Justine. I told him of about his mistake and he tried to blame me and told me to bring the food back. I stood there and said " i know you not gonna give that food to someone else." Thats when he finally threw it in the trash. Then rudly asked "what did i want" I repeated my order To him like I did 15 min prior... i stood there like a hawk watching them make my food. I saw Justine slide back there and spoke to one of the cooks (not sure what was said) but i watched my hot food come out the deep fryer with no interaction from Justine. I figured maybe Justine was having a bad day so I called today August 15th to remind him of our interaction and to remind him of how many folks I told about this place before his mistakes. Again he tried to blame me and said "you don't like our food then don't come to store'. When infact when the food is cooked properly (not reheated or burnt) the food is great. Read moreI have been coming here for many years and I come at least twice once or twice every week to get crabs. This is the second time that I have gotten overcooked crabs from this particular spot. When I called and informed them, they told me to bring them back and I will get a refund. The first time I was cool with a refund because I had ordered a pound of shrimp and it was late so I was willing to just deal with that. This time I told them that I did not want a refund. I simply wanted another half a dozen remade. The store manager refused to remake another half a dozen, and simply said that he would give me a refund. He explained that the crabs might just be bad and they all came out of the same batch. I explained that it was not the crabs being bad but the meat inside being mushy.He stated that all of the crabs are cooked for the same time 18 minutes. But I specifically ordered 30 minutes out, and when I had came, my crabs were still on the stove covered, which means that even after The 18 minutes and him turning off the stove, they were still steaming in the heat. I tried to explain this to him, but he refused to listen and simply told me to take my money back and just go to another crab place. I asked him several times to call the owner of the facility and he refuse saying he would not.

Read moreI usually rarely post negative information on any establishment especially in stressful times like we are now experiencing. However, I feel strongly compelled to do so now. Several months ago, I was in the Waldorf area and decided to patronize one of the few seafood restaurants in the area. When I walked in around noon , despite the fact that I was the only patron in in the small waiting area, I was completely ignored by the female Asian mgr/owner who was directly behind the counter for about 5 minutes. She saw me walking through the door of the small 10× 15 ft area and despite the fact that I was clearly visible, she never even acknowledged my presence. She was merely laughing and chatting casually with the cooks who were several feet behind her in the kitchen area. Finally after having had enough of being ignored, I cleared my throat and asked"Miss, may I place an order" As if annoyed, she responded very gruffly and angrily"what do you want?" I ordered, but after waiting for an inordinately long time, and having endured abrasive treatment long enough, I informed her that I wanted to cancel my purchase and requested a full refund.
