Great service and I'll tell you why... I ordered the 2 for ten meals while my friend was in the restroom but I had ordered her the wrong sandwich. When I received the bag at the counter and walked away I told my friend what I had gotten and she said that's not what she wanted. I turned around to the counter and explained that I had personally made that mistake, I would like to replace it and pay for it. Who I believe to have been the manager just happened to be present and took out the sandwich and replaced it with the one requested at no charge! Thank you for that my friend! Understanding this situation and making that decision brought maximum satisfaction from us, who gas been working hard all day stopping by for lunch, and definitely looking like it. This gentlemen is a great leader there and it showed by the way his employees responded to him with eagerness and a great attitude. Sandwiches were wondering put together and ask my needs were met. Read moreWhy is it that you can only get courteous and exceptional customer service when you go to a Chick-fil-A?? My visit today was some of the worse customer service ever. While I'm trying to give my order the employee is laughing with their co-workers after asking how can she help me, so she now has to ask me to repeat my order. Then after I give the order for one of the meals, she rudely ask "is that all." Honestly, if I wasn't extremely tired from working an overnight shift, just getting out of church, and getting my kids something to eat I would have pulled off! Then to top it off, the Whopper that my youngest daughter and I ordered must have been sitting in the warmer past the discard time because the fixings were old and withered, the burger was tough and dry, and the bread was hard and crumbling up in our hands. Either the lady taking the order couldn't hear well or the speaker was broken, cause my partner ended up basically shouting the order after the 5th time she lazily said "I can't hear you" (somehow she heard most of the order before the near-shouting). Went around and they couldn't print a receipt, then they gave us 1 imp whopper (ordered 2) and no fries. Partner asked where the other food was and the lady rudely said "I TOLD you I couldn't hear you". So she charged us for the 2nd whopper (though we thought there was a 2 for 5 deal, but we had no receipt so we couldn't verify) and fries (possibly again?), pulled around and somebody came out with a gd beef whopper that we didn't check before we left.
