Checkers — Restaurant in Maryland

Yestersay was my first Tim going to checkers and I didnt know what to expect. Rhe first thing that I realized was that they had no indoor seating just outdoor and drive thru. Whixh I thought was very interesting but cool. They had a really good deals on all their food items and had a variety of things. Their smoothies and shakes are also very good. The smoothie I had was a little icy but still good. The people their were doing a great job dealing with their 2 drive thrus and the people going to their window to order. They were very nice and took my order well and gave me everything I asked for. The sauces they have are just bbq, honey mustard, sweet and sour, and ketchup. I also tried their funnel cake fries and they were so good I would go back just for those fries. If you dip these fries into a vanilla shake that is the ultimate combination. I highly recommend. Their burgers are honestly smaller than what I would have thought but still very good and filling. I would love to go again and try more of their foods and especially try...

I waited over an hour for the food in which I never got. As soon as I pulled in the drive thru they told me they’d take my order at the window (as there’s several cars in front of me in both lanes)….ok no problem…an hour goes by…people start parking there cars in the drive thru, waking up and ordering…20 minutes go by and they’re walking off with the largest orders possible. However, our line has not moved to the point people in front of me were getting out of there cars, turning them off, and getting out to stretch because they were unable to leave the line. The staff made zero communication as to why this hold up was taking so long. From the looks of the walk up window, looking inside I didn’t see any issues…I waited over an hour and by that point didn’t even want the food anymore and all I wanted was a fry. The lady in front of me ordered a drink and waited about 30 minutes for it and about another 10-15 minutes to even get it. I’m disappointed and will never come here again. Peace & Blessings! F1RST and foremost, please-PLEASE EVERYONE practice safety while out & about in public...wear your mask 😷 Now, I wanted to give a 4.5☆ rating but it doesn't allow. My reasons for the 4.5☆ rating goes as follows starts with me ordering at the ( drive-thru ) at around 9:50pm in the lane that you have to pay from the ( driver's side ) for those who ( never ) been to a ( double drive-thru )...I was by myself, the lane I was in had maybe 7 vehicles ahead of me but, the other lane that you pay frim the ( passenger's side ) had only 1ONE car...so, either that 1ONE car had 2TWO or more passengers or 1ONE person being the ( driver ) that had to reach all the way over to pay, I noticed the workers wearing mask 😷 at all times, the workers were friendly and patient, my meal was correct, the food was hot and good, the prices were good in comparison to other ( fast food restaurants ), and I'll be going back...
