Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Young lady that was on the register was rude. I gave her $20.00 I just got from the bank she stated it was fake because her machine said it was fake. I worked in retail for years and no the drill. Her scan machine was broke trying to use high tech equipment & it malfunction. Majority of the places used the pen which I took another $20 next door to the wingstop and the young man marked it and it was good... They need a new cashier cause she anit it. Time was 4:40 on Sat Aug 15, she was short and slight heavy build if I can remember didn't...

I made a purchase on July 1st and their credit card machine was not working. I believe it was one of the managers who made a comment to one of his staff, not thinking the customers could hear him, say "I'm hoping it's them and not our machine." I let him know it was payday and that we ALL had money especially today and how was it that every credit card wasn't working?" Very stupid comment to say out loud for customers to hear. Fix your machine, don't be rude....and at least apologize for your broken...

who gets pizza on Christmas eve?! well we did and they were super busy. the line was over 10 people and I waited maybe 5 minutes to order. There was an issue with the order though. I wanted cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza. They rung me up for cheese bread and pepperoni. When I got flustered one of the cashiers called the manager over and he promptly gave me a pizza and said not to pay for it because they were so packed. Thank you for letting me get out of there and the free pizza....
