It's not on point like the other chick-fil-a It's a hit or miss you may get hot food or you may not the service level is not the same. The drive thru line is always very,very long 😴 if you go inside there is usually not a line. There combos chicken sandwiches went up by $2.00. I don't like going to this location because I don't know if I'm going to have to return my food and wait for fresh hot food and usually I'm press for time. I took another chance on 10/25/22 to go back to this store I can't believe how rude and disrespectful the workers were the cashier and the young lady with the long black ponytail. I advised the cashier I had a birthday coupon her tone change she yelled what's that acting like I was trying to steal something then when I received my food I requested more sauce the young lady with long ponytail laid the sauce on the counter and stated to me to come get the sauce. I ask for the manager only thing he stated I will speak to them and picked up the sauce and handed it to me. I will never ever go back to this location the only thing the manager can say is I will speak to them to get me to go away??? I'm going to tell all my coworkers not to patronize this...
Read moreI used to really enjoy this location but for some reason lately things have gotten worse and worse. More than once (4 times) at night I have gotten food that tastes very old and chewy. Not to mention it seems like all the staff are irritated at night or something. Anyway, this last time I placed a mobile order for my food when I realized how awful the food was I contacted the store about a refund since this happened several times before without me making a big deal about it. I contacted them on the 17th it is now October 20th and everyone is acting like they dont remember speaking to me and everyone is giving me the run around saying the store manager is never there. I have been calling back to back for the last 2 days. I'm officially done with this Chick fil a and maybe all of them because it seems the standard of excellence is dropping dramatically and I'm quite tired of giving my money to organizations that make it clear they don't care about the quality they provide only the money they get from consumers. Read moreVery disappointed! Up until today I’ve never had poor customer service from any Chick fil a restaurant. They forgot my nuggets on an order last night, I called them within minutes of noticing after getting home. He apologized and said they found them. That rep wanted to makeup for my inconvenience and offered me a higher nugget count upon my return.
Well this morning I made the mistake of expecting that with a smile. Instead the cashier who appeared to be a manager asked repeatedly who told me this, wanting more details and was not friendly at all. The woman who served me my nuggets was even less enthused, acted dismissive and not one of them made me feel welcome or thanked me for coming back based on their mistake!!
