This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I had a mobile order, was charged for the mobile order and arrived to the location to pick it up. I waited in the drive through line to pick it up because the line inside was out of the door for whatever reason. After waiting 35 minutes in line just to get to the speaker I told her I was there to pick up a mobile order for Jason. I then gave a brief description of the order, two iced drinks and a sandwich. I was told they had them and to just pull around. After another 15 minutes I get to to window and she hands me a single cup of piping hot coffee. I tell her this is not my order and I run her back through the description. She then says "we don't have that" then why in the hell would you tell me you did and waste even more of my time? More than that, why was I charged and in receipt of a confirmation of this location. AND EVEN MORE THAN THAT WHY WAS I NOT GIVEN A REFUND FOR THE MONEY SPENT? NOT ONLY WOULD I GIVE YOU NO STARS IF I COULD, I WOULD DRAG YOU OUT TO SIT IT YOUR CAR, WASTE YOUR GAS, AN HOUR OF YOUR TIME, I WILL SET A TWENTY DOLLAR BILL ON FIRE OUT OF YOUR WALLET IN FRONT OF YOU AND MAYBE...MAYBE YOU WILL HAVE A VAGUE CONCEPTION OF YOUR GENERAL INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF...

I choose where I spend money I earn based on how much do I want something that is so good and so expensive that others have copied you and pushed down the price.
This morning, I was thinking about tea and it's health benefits and if I was going to spend money on tea it would be at Teavana Tea.... I bought three cans for myself in 2010 and two or three as gifts... At $80 each.
It had orange peels in it.
This morning, doing research I learned the Stores had closed during Covid...and you own the brand.
Tea is normally a diuretic and I right now can afford 7-11 coffee on a good day...but that is High Quality Coffee That Means Thank Heaven For 7-11...Still...
Can you Please Create a website and sell it? Mass mail packets to those in the income bracket of target audience...

Read moreI always order from this branch and use the drive-thru. The employees are usually super nice, except for today (7/2/2025 at 9 AM). It seems there is a new drive-thru employee, a blonde woman, who was very rude and unprofessional.
I asked for two cortados to be put together in one grande cup like I always do, but today she said they couldn't do it, which I didn't understand. Instead, she gave me two cortados in two grande cups and told me to mix them myself. I didn’t want to argue, but I told her they always do it for me, and I don’t see what’s so difficult about it.
After I mixed them, I asked if she could throw away one of the cups for me, and she refused, saying she can't take anything from customers. That’s not true because customers often give drinks back if there’s a mistake, or they hand over personal cups to be filled.
I’ve always had a great experience at this branch, and the other employees are wonderful, so I hope I won’t encounter this particular...
